Commonly refereed to as K to H manifold swap. The adapter has a 68mm opening as well as an 1/8" NPT port for additional flexibility. Works with B16, B17, B18, B20, D16, F20C, F22A, F23A, H22A, and H23A throttle body. Worked great! I had an extra b series throttle body and map sensor I wanted to use for my k swap. Just remember you'll need a way to control the idle. I found a remote mount k series iacv worked just fine.
