Love this ring so far. BP is spot on. Plus I am able to check it without having to have a cuff on me all time. Iāve had issues with high BP and then got new meds that made it so low. My doctor wanted me to monitor it throughout the day and this is perfect. Hopefully this will continue to exceed expectations. I also have a smart watch and itās pretty close to the same numbers so thank you!

Love this ring so far. BP is spot on. Plus I am able to check it without having to have a cuff on me all time. Iāve had issues with high BP and then got new meds that made it so low. I was really excited to try this smart ring, and it did not disappoint! Itās sleek, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear all day. The health tracking features are surprisingly accurate, and syncing it with my phone was super easy. The battery life is solid, and I love not having to deal with a bulky smartwatch. If you want a stylish way to track your health, this ring is a great pick!

Getting great sleep data with this ring, it has helped me already in the couple weeks I've had it to be able to change some routines and improve my sleep quality.Pretty easy to set up, just took it out of the box and connected the app with the QR code and it worked right away. The app isn't as user friendly as some of the super expensive apps that require a subscription, but the value of this ring and app is really fantastic.I've done dishes and taken showers without taking it off and it hasn't had any issues with the water. I also lift weights with it on and the quality is really solid, it hasn't scratched or shown any wear after an hour a day with the weights.

Wildly inaccurate. Heart rate was about 20 high. Blood pressure was 30 off, even after calibration. The first time after calibration it was ok, then off every test after. Oxygen was close enough though not consistent. Could be up to 3% difference between tests in the same sitting. It also does not do any constant readings. It takes them on a schedule. I was hoping for heart rate readings in real time. You must sit very still for every reading, defeating the purpose of heart rate for me. Sizing was close to my actual ring size, though fit about 1/2 a size smaller still. I bought an 11 and it was slightly small for my normal 11 size.

Iāve gotten a couple of these rings off Amazon now, one for myself and one for my brother. I like them because they only turn on when they collect data at the time intervals you set. Other than that it isnāt on, which saves battery life and also it isnāt emitting any wireless signal other than when itās synchronizing with the phone. I own a smart watch but I never wear it because I donāt like the constant wireless signal on my body. I feel fine wearing this ring and donāt notice when itās taking vitals or connecting to my phone. Itās very comfortable and lightweight too, I wash my hands a lot and that hasnāt been a problem so far with the ring. It looks very nice also, and no one would notice itās a smart ring except for when the green light is flashing when itās taking vitals. Iāve also always wanted to see my sleep patterns and this ring makes it easy to do that. Itās very easy to connect it to the app, and the app itself works pretty well too. There are a few wording issues but I can still generally operate it well. If youāre looking to try a smart ring, for the price point this is a good place to start.
