Product was opened and fully assembled in the morning of December 25th. The product has only been used indoors in the scooter configuration. On January 2nd, the center metal axel, below the seat, has broken off completely from the the left side handle and strap assembly. I inspected the damaged location and found that there are only 3 small places where the axel is attached to the assembly, so it was inevitable that they would break. See images.

I ordered two of these for my nephews for Christmas. I only received one and I have no idea how to figure out how to get the other one here or where it is or if I can get a refund.
