This product is horrible. The first hoverboard we purchased never worked, the battery never took a charge unless it was plugged in. Our replacement hoverboard worked for 2 days and stopped taking a charge. The representative just told us to return it again. This will be my second trip to return this. A waste of money and time.

My son is 7 and loves this thing,- easy to charge and navigate. It doesn't go too fast since it's a beginner level. The only thing I'll say is the grips for you feet started lifting up and he says it's uncomfortable when he rides barefoot(which he shouldn't be doing anyway 🤷) but otherwise it's very durable, it's been crashed a few times. It's was the best Christmas present he got.

Empezó todo muy bien, la calidad del producto se siente de mucha calidad, por peso y como viene ensamblado, no se siente nada flojo, a la semana vi que mi hija de 7 años ya no lo usaba pero no preste mucha atencion, 3 semanas después que le dije q fuéramos a usarlo fuera de casa me comento q se “volvió loca”, al revisarla, con solo prenderla se pone a girar solita, lei en internet como arreglar eso y decía q reiniciándola dejando oprimido el botón de encendido, se hizo varias veces eso y otras cosas, total… No gasten su dinero

Gracias a que el juego viene precargado, pudo utilizarlo la niña. El detalle esta que no viene con el cable de carga correcto. ya compre multiconectores universales y ninguno le queda. seguire buscando la manera de adquirir uno. y seguir buscando dinero

My kiddo loves it. Great and easy to learn for beginners. Bought couple of these for my niece and nephew. Just that depending on the use (if you ride more on roads) it needs resetting every once a while. But the product is good.

My son really wanted one of these for his birthday and this seemed to be the best one. His cousin got a Hover-1 secondhand so we ordered it in a different color with a protection plan.I read all of the instructions and followed them carefully, but it was already having issues charging on day one and the operation did not match the instructions at all. A couple months later it stopped charging altogether, and he didn't tell me until about a month after he noticed.He had fun with it when it worked but it needed to be calibrated every other time he used it. And he barely got to use it before it broke down. I'm just glad I ordered the protection plan and do not plan to purchase ever again.I will say that the cousins' secondhand Hover-1 board still seems to work just fine, so maybe we got a factory defect. But these can be pretty dangerous; one of them almost got their hand stuck in the wheel.. All of the kids in my family really like these but I do not. Might try again when they are teenagers.
