Lots of fun, sometimes at the beginner's expense. This board does take a bit to fully charge, but the battery seems to hold long enough to have some fun. It is rated for a 3 mile charge. I have not put a tracker to verify, but it does last for a trip or two around the neighborhood and around the driveway. The wheels light up and provide some aesthetic pleasure. It takes a bit to master the balance, but once achieved, it is like riding a bike. This board is for younger kids, as the max weight is 80 pounds. For the price, this is a good buy.

I didn't like this hoover. It's not a simple maneuver. It charges and keeps the charge effectively. Despite its solid and tough construction, it is difficult for children to stand on. It moves on its own when kids try to balance on it. Functionality is challenging, and there are better solutions available for this pricing. I would not recommend it for kids.

Our younger two kids have been having fun with this. Technically they're both ALREADY over the weight limit as it turns out but doesn't seem to be hurting it. (This is not legal advice, I am not your lawyer, misuse may invalidate your warranty, etc. etc.)The youngest who really uses it the most hasn't really complained about anything. Nothing particularly notable really, it "just works" and we haven't minded it around the house.

I don't even know what to say...this thing is incredible. My 2 boys are just loving it...zipping around the house. The build quality is on point...and they're having so much fun with it. The lights are very cool and it's friggin' amazing. The tires did leave small scuff marks on the floor of my apartment...but at their mom's house...didn't happen. My son said the one thin he would like is if there was some sort of audio/beep to warn when the battery is going to die. It just kind of, suddenly dies without warning. But I can't hold that against it...it's just an amazing product for a VERY fair price. Get it.

My kids got on this right out of the box and figured out how to ride it with elegance within about 20 minutes. It's hefty and solid, not cheaply made at all. The LEDs giving you feedback on battery life is a nice touch, and out of the box it had a reasonable charge already.As far as the battery life, I'm not sure the '3 miles on a single charge' thing is legit. My kids play on this for 30 minutes or so and it's ready for a recharge. Maybe if you just go forward non stop for those 30 minutes you'd get 3 miles out of it, but I'm skeptical. It's a fun gadget nonetheless, and my kids are going outside again. I love it!! :)The charge does take a long time (a lot longer than the battery lasts) and the charger and charger port seemed a bit cheap for the otherwise high quality of the hoverboard itself. The pin in the middle of the charging port on the one we received wasn't completely centered, but that seems to have righted itself after a few charges and probably has adjusted itself into the right spot at this point.

As a beginner, I was a bit apprehensive about how easy it would be to ride, but the Hover-1 Dash made it incredibly simple. Within minutes, I was gliding smoothly around my neighborhood. Ordered this: Hover-1 Dash Self Balancing Electric Hoverboard with 5 mph Max Speed, Dual 75W Motors, 6.3” Tires, 3 Mile Range, and LED Lights Self Balancing Scooter - for my daughter to use without reading the fine print close enough. She is 12 and about 70 lbs so she is on the higher end of acceptable weight which is from 44 to 80 lbs.Worked great out of the box, she calibrated it and was off cruising around the kitchen and hallway. Comes with an excellent manual, UL rating and branding stickers with contact and warranty information in case you have an issue. It is compact so she could easily ride it throughout the house. It doesn't really go backwards and its acceleration is limited. In my opinion that is perfect for younger kids, as it is well balanced and safe. Handled carpets and hardwood seamlessly moving between each.Can't comment on power or distance, as it's an ice sheet outside and we could only test it indoors. So far good, though I am thinking of saving it for a cousin's Christmas present next year.
