Setting Tool for 3/8-in. Rod DIAB Drop-In Anchor (Pack of 10)

The drop-in anchor setting tool is designed for properly and consistently installing Simpson Strong-Tie Drop-In internally threaded anchors. Using the setting tool, drop-ins are installed by driving the expander plug toward the bottom of the anchor until the shoulder of the setting tool makes contact with the top of the anchor. It's okay. Not the strongest metal and may not hold up to continual use, but it'll do a couple projects for the homeowner.

Described as alloy steel like you need this tool to set the anchors. Any pin punch will work. Very expensive useless tool made from mold steel.
