Product Description
1. Pour into paint
Pour the Glitter Paint Additive into your water-based paint with a ratio of 100g / 3.5oz per 1L / qt.
2. Stir Well
Stir the Glitter Paint Additive into your water-based paint with a stirrer until it is mixed thoroughly.
3. Paint surface
Paint the surface with a roller or brush. If using a brush, use a 2-3" / 5-8cm brush and apply in a criss-cross motion to give an even spread.
4. Buff for more sparkle
Once fully dry, use buffing pads to unleash thousands more glitter crystals on your painted surface.

I mixed two bags of glitter with a gallon of paint and it is absolutely gorgeous. You definitely want to use the buffer pads that come with it because it makes the glitter just explode, absolutely gorgeous in the sunlight.

Mit hellen Farben, wie weiß oder rosè, keine Chance auf Glitzer. Bei dunklen Farben ist es perfekt. Auch mit den Schwämmen wird es bei hellen Farben nicht besser. Schade, aber einen Versuch war es wert...Lesen hilft...Habe jetzt mal die mitgelieferten Schwämme benutzt, Leute, es glitzert.... wahnsinnig schön.Kaufe ich glatt nochmal. Auch wenn es vielleicht viel Arbeit macht... Aber so ein Pad auf den Akkuschrauber oder Schwingschleifer...hätte man drauf kommen könnenVolle Punktzahl... Gern wieder

We used when we painted our brick fireplace. We first used 2 coats of white paint, then added one bag of the glitter to 1/2 quart of the paint. Added just the right amount of shimmer and shine. We used the buffer pads when it dried but didn’t seem to make much of a difference. Great find for the price!

This is so pretty my walls turned out so beautiful. It looks like fresh falling, sparkly Snow on a sunny winter morning, that's what the walls look like I put two packages in per gallon. I already has a very very slight faint to it up close I get the paint from Home Depot. It's a red and white label. The number is 8050. It's a gloss if you put this stuff in that paint, it is magic so beautiful, hope that helps should note that it does take away the glossy feel of the paint. It feels almost like a very fine grade of sandpaper once applied to the walls, but that could be an easy fix. I love my walls. Everything is white and then, with this little added glam and sparkle with the lighting is fabulous and wonderful I was hesitant to try it because of the mixed reviews, but I am happy to say I am glad I tried it. It works for me. I didn't have any problems whatsoever with the mixing or otherwise when the paint dries all the sparkle comes out with no problem I didn't have to sand although it does come with little sandy pads. I did not have to use them:-)

I ordered this primarily to add to my handmade watercolor paints rather than for mixing into acrylics, though I did mix up enough acrylic to paint the legs of a small side table to glam it up a bit.The mixed paint went on fairly easily (I opted for a foam brush because glitter in bristles is almost impossible to completely wash out), and dried with a slight texture; when I buffed off the paint from the top of the glitter bits, I'd say 90% of the glitter stayed put in the paint, but the legs look like there was a LOT more glitter in the paint! There's still a slight texture, but the glitter's remained solidly stuck to the legs, which is always my biggest concern with it (my partner does NOT like when loose glitter travels beyond my crafting area, but is fine with a few touches of it here and there in the house as long as it's not going to come off). It'll probably need sanding off before repainting if I don't want the texture of it underneath the new color.This worked quite well in a standard watercolor pigment binder, too--though it did take about 15 minutes of mulling to get it thoroughly encapsulated within the binder. I opted to add a small amount of mica to the paint as well so that the binder took on a sheer metallic quality between the glitter additive. Once I put it in pans and let it dry, the resulting paint rewet easily, and once it had rewet to tomato soup consistency, it made for fantastic one-coat coverage on the metallic parts of some Christmas artwork.

J’ai reçu ce lot de 4 sachets de paillettes de 100 grammes chacun conditionnés dans des petits sachets en plastiques refermables ainsi que 4 tampons de polissages.Les paillettes sont ultra fines et très scintillantes!L’utilisation est très simple, j’ai repeint les murs de ma cuisine et je me suis aidé du descriptif pour savoir comment l’utiliser car il n’y a pas de mode d’emploi à l’intérieur du colis.Il faut mélanger un sachet de 100 gr pour 1 litre de peinture (couleur au choix), il faut bien mélanger pour ne pas avoir de paquet. Dès que la peinture est sèche, il faut utiliser les tampons de polissage pour faire ressortir encore plus les paillettes.Le résultat est vraiment magnifique et c’est une bonne façon d’ajouter du style à une pièce donc RAS, ce produit correspond parfaitement à mes attentes!
