I only needed one but bought this set due to the "odor". The original seals tend to retain the smell of whatever you cook. The seals are so easy to remove and install that I use separate seals now for spicy foods, i.e. currie or foods with hot peppers etc. so as not to taint the food I'm cooking with smells from whatever I cooked last! Nice product

I go thru a LOT of these, as I use the Instant Pot almost every night. They don't stay tight long, so I always have these in stock. Love that they have colored ones. I use the red ones for desserts, the other ones for dinners.

We got an instant pot and LOVE using it for dry beans, Indian food and rice(so far)!! BUT after cooking pinto beans the rubber sealer got REALLY STINKY!! PU!!! I was so glad to find these at a very reasonable price. And in colors!! Now we can put the stinky one in the dishwasher and use a non smelly one for our rice! The colors help you know which one to use with what food! Yay!!

I own a 6 qt DuoPlus Instant Pot for over a year now. I use it so often that I was worried one day my ring might fail and I better have a spare. I ordered the three pack as I got my daughter an Instant Pot too and I will give her a spare ring. I always clean the ring well but do not actually remove it after each use of the pot. After opening the new rings I decided to compare my 14 month old ring to a new ring. Wow, I am glad I bought these and didn't wait. You can see from the size of the new versus old clear that the ring has shrunk and stretched out a little. The new ring fits tight in the lid. It works perfect and I have had no issues the past three uses. As a bonus, this pack came with the silicone release cap covers. I havent replaced it yet but I have 2 spares. Note that they are included inside the bag with the rings, they are in a small, clear, little bag. Its easy to not see them.

Purchased for use with the Power Pressure Cooker XL, 6 quart. Happy to say they work. Great price, fun colors. The rings can be coded for different dishes. The original ring that came with the pressure cooker smells of stew, etc. They all smell like what ever was just cooked. All electric pressure cooker rings will take on food odors. It is just something one has to deal with. Now I can use the red one for meat/savory dishes, the blue one for dessert type dishes, and the clear one for canning, etc. The price can't be beat. I went to the Power Plus XL web site to order new rings, but you have to call the phone number to order parts and accessories. The web site only sells the cooker its self. Too inconvenient. So I tried these rings from Amazon instead. They are a tight fit. I had to push down on the lid a little harder to get it to close, but it did close and the cooker came to pressure and worked perfectly. These rings are slightly thicker then the original ring that came with the machine. Glad they worked. Happy with the purchase. 4/28/18-I called the NOT toll-free number to price replacement gasgets for this particular cooker. One ring is $9.99 free S&H. Found a better deal right here at Amazon!!

Haven't used as yet, but it was easy to put on and get seated properly. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work as well as the original. It is as flexible as the original. Fun colors! Great price! (Regarding the issue of smells - smells from cooking come out as the gasket is run thru the dishwasher.)I've had a chance to use this since my review and it worked perfect! I stand behind my review regarding the value, durability and quality of the ring. And again as to the smells picked up by a silicone ring, original or replacement - wash the ring, if the smell doesn't come out, run it through the dishwasher until the smell iOS so insignificant and subtle that it won't "bleed" into your next recipe.
