This drop in part works just likes my original so ideal for my faulty one. The strange thing is, it is a few pounds more expensive than the OEM one which is a little strange. Even so, it works so have no complaints.

We've had our instant pot a WHILE now and use it weekly however our ring broke so we were due for some replacement parts. Needless to say these worked perfectly and our unit was back to working! Would recommend for anyone needing replacement parts.

On water test steam escaped from my multicooker.This is heavier than the original valve and just solves the problem of steam eacaping during high pressure cooking.Hope this helps
