Could not find my model Shop-Vac on application charts. Ordered this filter and fortunately it fit perfectly. The older filter in my vacuum had a metal cap glued to the bottom of the filter element. This unit has a removable plastic plug. The new filter is a perfect replacement.

I was concerned if this would fit my 6 gal. (blue and grey) shop vac. No one seemed to know. I took a chance and it fits perfectly.

It fit perfectly. I also installed a collection bag. The shop vac works like new again - new filter really improved the suction!

The price on these is much better than what I was getting the for at the Orange store. I'm getting two for the price of one on this deal. Always nice to have an extra on the shelf for when someone uses my shop vac to remove water and they don't take out the filter first (yeah, that never happens........).

First pleated filter I have ever had on this machine. Hopefully it will do a great job. It did fit well and I covered it with a fabric cover to help it last a long time.

I used to buy filters that had a metal bottom, rather than the ones that require the plastic twist lock part. They're sturdier, but if you're careful with them, these work just fine. Filters, in general, are way overpriced for what you get, but if you prefer the pleated paper type, you're gonna have to pay for it.
