These bags work great with my Armor All 2.5 gal/2 HP vacuum from Walmart, which appears identical to the Vacmaster unit other than the color. I use this vacuum mainly for vacuuming out my Big Green Egg and my fireplace. The ash they produce will quickly clog up the standard filter in a vacuum, but these bags provide an intermediate layer to catch all those fine particles and keep the main filter clean. They also make it a breeze to clean out the vacuum when they need changing.

I’ve had this little but mighty Vacmaster for a very long time. It is my “go to” for cat hair, truck interior, and general overall dry cleanups of various types. I had just finished my last bag and was very happy to find these. Thanks so much!

This is the right bag for the Vacmaster 4 gallon. I like using the bag because it makes the HEPA feature more effective and less messy to change. Still, I wear a mask when changing.

It does what it's supposed to do holds all the dust and debris that's blown into it. The elastic between the two hard cardboard pieces holds up well to slipping over the plastic suction piece mounted on the inside of the vacuum barrel. The paper seems nice and thick too. This bag is definitely not a HEPA bag. I think it's a good value for the quality of product that you're receiving. I've purchased this product multiple times, I am a fan.

A little tricky getting to fit around the filter but they work well and do fill right up to the top fantastic for my wood shop.

I bought these and then opened them to install one. MY BAD!! Vacmaster has multiple small units and these do NOT fit my 5 gal size, so now I own bags I can not use. CHeck the model number of your vac first, do NOT count on 5 gal bags fitting all 5 gal units

I'm writing this from the perspective of a person that renovates old homes in New England. I pair these bags with my Vacmaster Pro 8 gallon Certified Hepa Filtration Wet/Dry Vac. The vacuum itself (which I need to write a separate review for) is such an incredible value.We buy these bags and use them for all construction dust. While the Vacmaster itself claims to be a wet/dry vac, the bags certainly do not handle moisture well. Bags WILL split if you vacuum up wet materials. For dry use, though, they're perfect. You also should not overfill them with material (ex. sheetrock or plaster) because bags can rip.If I had ONE thing I wish was different about these bags, I wish the guard for the neck of the bag was stronger. It often either (1) tears (if you have too much in the bag) or (2) doesn't block dust from blowing back out the bag when you remove the bag... even if you're very careful! 4/5 predominantly based on value, but 3/5 for durability and stretch.

Wasn't exact fit for vacuum but still worked and held integrityCheapest option for my vacuum. Buying 2 name brand 4 gallon bags is more expensive than this is.
