The pivoting, shock absorbing dual bump cushioning design is heavy duty and can handle the rough roads and give you a smooth tow. The bumps and bangs and filtered through the double cushions and the unique flip around design, allows you to flip the entire hitch around for more drop or rise. The adjustable combo multi-ball mount has both a 2" hitch ball and a 2-5/16" hitch ball. This shocker absorbing combo hitch gives you 4" of rise to 4" of drop. Combo ball mount offers versatility for towing trailers with 2" or 2-5/16" ball couplers and features a safety red impact resistant textured durable powder coat finish. Shocker Impact cushioned hitch ball mount provides the ultimate in versatility and a smoother towing experience than a solid ball mount. The Impact ball mount has built in adjustability maximum versatility with 7 adjustment holes for your towing needs. Works great on work vans, adventure vans, motorhomes, rv's, pickup trucks, full size vans, suvs, cuvs and minivans. 2 hitch pin holes to adjust the length and there is plenty of room on the receiver shank to accommodate hitch mounted towing mud flaps or shocker bumper tow flaps. Use this adjustable ball mount however you need to for tons of versatility. This Shocker Impact cushioned combo ball mount attaches by sliding into a standard receiver tube. 12,000 lbs tow rating capacity and 1,200 lbs tongue weight. Used to double tow my UTV on a 1600 mile trip with no issues. It’s well built and good quality but it is expensive

This hitch is rugged built and can do the job. I have not pulled as of yet. By the looks of this hitch I do believe it will be all a half ton diesel will need.

Performs as described. Definitely absorbs the impact while towing our 8000 plus pound boat, creating a much smoother ride.

This hitch is great. It takes all the jarring out of the trailer into your truck and makes towing trailers much smoother. I’ve even towed my 29’ travel trailer with it and it towed perfect. I’ve used it in its normal position and also flipped it cause my mower trailer ramp is to steep for my zero turn mower with no problems. I’ve pulled trailers over a thousand miles with this hitch behind my my 2014 F-150. I highly recommend this hitch and it’s ease of use and how it makes towing so much smoother. It may seem a little expensive but compare the price to a quality hitch that has a 2” and 2 5/16” ball and multiple height adjustments and it’s not much more plus this one takes a lot of the jarring out of your vehicle and smooths out the ride when towing. Hope this review helps anyone who is considering buying this hitch.

Nice unit, beefy and well built . Not sure why but it made my boat sway a lot more .. had to switch back to a regular single hitch. and of course I ordered a 2.5 receiver so I can`t use it on any other truck but my boat hauler.so It`s a nice paper weight

This thing is a chunk! Most definitely took some of the banging and kickback out of pulling the trailer. Towed almost 500 miles two days after we received it, one way empty and one way with a tractor and was very pleased with the improvement.

I have this installed on my Jeep Gladiator. I tried towing with a solid drop and couldn't stand the ride (towing 5000# dump trailer). The shocker hitch really, really mellows out the hits especially when you are on undulating road or offroad. I have a similar setup on a bigger truck and couldn't imagine towing without it. It's literally as different as towing with a fifth wheel vs a bumper mount with a solid drop, it makes that much difference. Everyone that tries it is shocked how much difference it makes.
