I made the mistake of attempting to haul dirt which far exceeded the weight capacity for these wheels. The pictures tell the story. Anyway, I ended up ordering a replacement and they are doing just fine. I’ll just stick to medium duty domestic labor tasks on this cart. Use the right tools for the job, right!? 😉

I recently upgraded my Cosco cart with the Shepherd Hardware 3265 3-Inch Threaded Stem TPR Casters, and they have been a fantastic addition. These casters, with a 110-lb load capacity, worked great on my cart, providing smooth and easy maneuverability. The threaded stem made installation a breeze, and the TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) material ensures durability and a quiet roll. I've noticed a significant improvement in how easily I can move my cart around, even when it's fully loaded. Whether I'm navigating tight spaces or transporting heavier items, these casters handle it all with ease. I highly recommend the Shepherd Hardware 3265 casters for anyone looking to enhance the performance of their cart.

When I bought https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LMH8CCS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&th=1 recommendations were to buy these casters as the small ones on the hand truck were not very good. Glad I did. They were less than $10 and well worth it as they are rubber (not hard plastic junk) and really help the hand truck move smoother. COSTCO should just add $5 to the hand truck and use these as the standard castor; I say $5 since wholesale bulk by COSTCO could just be passed.

Easy install, rolls great, and seem very sturdy.I bought these to install them on my generator. My generator weights a ton and I was looking for a solution to lugging it back and forth when I need it. Seems like the casters will handle the job.

My commercial grade hauling cart got a wheel caught in the gap at the elevator entry and spilled all its ball bearings into the elevator shaft. This replacement wheel is bigger, wider, and better made than the original. I installed a pair of these. The cart bed as an inch higher at that end now but no more danger of the elevator eating the wheels.

This wheel is a great replacement for the smaller plastic wheels on the COSCO folding hand truck, which now moves easier and more level. Just remember this replacement wheel is rated only to 110 lbs instead of the 300 lbs of the original set of wheels. Keep the original wheels if you need to load heavier items.

First the casters I ordered on amazon are way better than the plastic ones that come with the unit. I ordered the three inch ones that another user recommended. Some folks had a hard time to remove the black casters (that come with the unit) do this and you will have the old ones off and new on in 5 minutes.1. You will need a VICE GRIP WRENCH and a Regular adjustable wrench or wrench that fits the nut.2. Use the VICE GRIP wrench and grab and lock onto the the upper lip of the black caster. It happens to be octagon shape. This would be the part that pivots with the caster. See photos3. Holding onto the Vice Grip wrench. Use the regular adjustable wrench and remove the nut from the old caster4. Remove the washer5. Remove the black caster (slides right off)6. Place the new caster in7. Place washer back on from old caster8. You should be able to use the same nut9. LOCK ON TO THE LIP of the new caster with the Vice grip wrench10. Use the adjustable wrench tighten the nut back onWash, rinse, repeat for second caster, Done and done !!! 10 Min maxYou will need to order two of thesehttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PXLHBKI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1Good Luck
