I only received the bottom half of the fishing pole. The box had been open before and the clear plastic bag had a big hole in it. I'm no detective but I'm thinking this was how the top half of the pole was removed.

Great rod for the basic angler. I have purchased several of these over the years and have no regrets.

Absolutely amazing rod for the price! It casts really nice with 6lb mono with 2000 or 2500 reel. Perfect for fighting trout!

Caught some really good trout over the last season. The shorter rod length, and flexable tip helped to land more than lose. Great little rod.

I don't know why this rod only has 4 stars. I fish this thing like crazy and have two of them. No issues whatsoever. Would I use it for catfish? Absolutely not. Do I use it for pan fish, crappie, etc? All day long, and I have fun doing it all day long with this super light rod. This is a petite rod that's well made. It's up to you to buy the right rod for the right job.

It's a decent rod no doubt, i can see the durability and flexibility. It has gone up against some florida cichlids and it handled them with ease. The rod is light don't forget that, NOT ideal for giant fish.

We’ve been catching bass all summer with Micro series 4.6” , 6.6” and 7’. With no issues at all.In fact I decided to buy 2 more 7’ because we like them so much rigged with spinning reels.Great casting and fish fighting. If you are new to Graphite rods remember that the tip is the most fragile. Never grab the rod by the tip or catch it in the car, step on it or whatever. Other than that I can only recommend it for the price you can’t beat it .

I ordered this rod not really knowing what to expect, upon receiving it I put a Shimano Sienna reel on it with 4lb mono and went down to my local river and was able to cast a 1/16 oz lure an easy 35-40ft and when a 5inch rainbow hit it, it felt like a fish easily twice that size. I can't wait to catch an actual keeper with it, or a good 5lb+ Rainbow. The flex of the tip allows the rod to load for casting out small light lures a decent ways and it stood up to me getting snagged on and reeling in a 7-8ft long 3inch round branch, so I would say that it's pretty sturdy as well. I got the 7ft UL and I would highly recommend it. I also got the extra insurance on it(I highly doubt I will need to use it) and I would recommend it as well because this is a delicate rod and you can't tell just by looking at it if it took a bad trip or just has a micro fracture that will cause it to snap. For some people $50CAD isn't anything to worry about, for me I'm on a very tight budget. I think this is the right rod for someone, like me, on a very tight budget. Get one go fishing and enjoy, maybe I'll see you on the water.

Rod was shipped in an 8'x10"x10" box loose. Delivered with the box bent and half the rod sticking out through a hole in the end. The rod tip and two guides damaged plus a lot of damaged epoxy along the rod guides.

Surprised that the 110cm rod was wrap in plastic(no bubble wrap )packed in a 120x70x7cm big box with packing papers to fill the huge void. The rod tip is protected by cardboard stapled at the 1st 3 guides.Note that rod guides are only stainless steel and not with ceramics insert.Rod is sensitive for its price and my application.
