Customer rolled into our fab shop with (8) 1" thick plates needing (20) 1.375 precisely drilled holes. That is 160 holes drilled out using this (1) drill bit with no issues other than one tired hand/ arm after the last hole .Highly recommend this product.

This is a good quality annular cutter. Keep it oiled and it will serve you well. One thing I should mention. If drilling through multiple pieces, you must remove the center plug as soon as you drill through the first piece. Otherwise, that plug acts as a bearing. The bit then just stops biting and heat builds up. The pictures show what this little plug looks like. I keep a pen styled scribe/magnet to pull these plugs out. I had to remove them otherwise, the bit stops biting.

Note that I said "good", they cut very well and make an accurate hole. Cut 27 holes in my welding table and it was just as sharp in the end. I did notice that not every flute cuts equally but for the price and good job accomplished, I'll take it.
