Everything is ok with the Umbrella except the ultra thing pole used to support it. For a 10ft. radius you would thing he attaching pole would be abit more solid built. it is Extremely thing and light weight.

But not only does it look dingy, the base is already cracked (can see the packing wrapper still on umbrella).I will be calling to see what can be done, but for now I give 1/2 a star; as I paid for a new umbrella, yet obviously got someone else’s return.

This arrived in a thick cardboard box with the umbrella inside a plastic bag and in new condition. The second pole for the umbrella was easy to attach with a simple metal pin and it held the umbrella securely. The mechanism to spin the umbrella open as well as the button to make it tilt worked very smoothly. I didn't measure but the umbrella is very large and looks quite nice once opened all the way. The metal poles all feel very secure and they seemed to hold the umbrella fabric nicely. I'd say the color matches the listing photos based on how they appear on my computer. I attached the umbrella to my balcony railing using metal mounting pieces and it worked well. I'm not sure how it will hold up in a super strong storm but so far it's doing well.Overall this is a nice large umbrella and I'd recommend it.

This is a great umbrella. It's just what you'd expect, with an easy to operate crank, and a simple dismantling process for taking it apart (just a push-button that connects the lower tube with the upper tube that holds the umbrella). I like the light khaki color, (although I hope it doesn't get dusty/dirty over time due to its light color). The canopy portion seems well-stitched, so I am planning on a long life, but this is the end of the season for umbrellas where I live, so it will replace some others that have lasted a long time, but have now soaked up too much sun. I will say that the packaging could've been better on the ends. The umbrella almost busted through on its way here due to not enough tape on one end to keep it from poking its way out during transit.

I purchased this patio umbrella to keep near the pool on our new deck. It Totally surpassed my expectations for the price.. sturdy and durable. holding up really well over the past couple of months. The fabric is designed to last; the color is still vibrant and looking like new.It glides open and closed smoothly and Easily.The pole fits perfectly in the cast iron base I had from last summer. Very lightweight ~ so it’s effortless for me to take down and store away without anyones help. Set up was easy right out of the box it was ready to go.. I’m extremely happy with this purchase!
