The bowl is not holding water don't know what kind of oil to use on the seal not specified

I'm very happy with quality and price,and 1 year warranty,I'm in the process of installing it now.going very well, Dennis A.,after install I have a problem with the bowl won't hold water.

Was easy to install and is sturdy. Water lines/connections are cheap plastic. After 1 week of use the seal isn't allowing water to stay in the bowl. That was the reason we ordered a new toilet.... back to the drawing board.

It leaked I could not seal it up and would not buy it and I would recommend no one to buy it
