Great delivery. I made a mistake believing the existing Controller was faulty. Problem was another issue. Electrical connection & disconnect of Controller is very easy. Good value for product though did not use any item.Am able to return all three items.

Ordered replacement controller and installed a few months later. The replacement didn't work. since it was over a month since ordering via Amazon I had to contact Thetford directly. after on hold for an hour they said they would send a new replacement at no charge, one year warranty. also replaced the valve mechanism and solenoid. the old controller is still installed and working fine for now. I believe the root of the problem was the old valve mechanism.

Purchased this as a spare. Not sure I will ever need it, but having a spare for something that is 14 years old at this point seemed like a good idea. Price was very competetive.

IT IS OK BECAUSE I HAD TO RETURN THE FIRST ONE AND ABSORB A $20 RESTOCK CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS DEFECTIVE. THE CONTROLLER WOULD NOT ACTIVATE THE WATER FLOW AND THUS HAD TO HAND POUR WATER INTO TOILET TO FLUSH ON A RECENT MOTORHOME TRIP. MY RATING MAY EVEN BE GENEROUS!
