These are perfectly serviceable cables (I have 4 of these). These cables barely made it into the 5-star category - but they made it. They work great. I wanted to bring my patching system, such as it is, into a type of uniformity so I ordered these purple cables. I had to tighten up every connector slightly. The connectors are fairly generic in nature - not bomber construction but not cheap crap - and they are balanced which I like more and more. The cable jacket is made of a material that feels non-slip and flexible. These cables make a 'solid' connection and the signal is passed along very well.
