Mogami are the most sonically clean cables I’ve used. I’m an engineer & I’ve tried all of the big names in cables & connectors over the last 20 years or so. Mogami wins my loyalty by performing consistently & flawlessly. These core cables sound similar to the 2552 cable but they are beefier in construction. I actually like the compact size of the Rean connectors. I recently wired up a new live mobile rack & I ran out of my go to 2549 cable. To save time I decided to buy some pre wired cables & because of added cost & budget I decided to give these CorePlus cables a shot. I’m happy with the sound & performance & I’m going to get some of these for my kids instruments as an intro to Mogami since they’ve been playing now for a while. I recommend these to anyone that wants a step up in sonic quality & reliability without braking the bank. Do yourself justice & try these out.
