The reel arrived broken. The component which stops the reel from going and going was broken upon delivery. I could always just exchange for a new one but this is about as cheap quality as can be sold. Id rather just place my hands on a better option in a dive shop.

Not sure who signed off on this but the line immediately came off the reel and got stuck in the shaft. Returned it and purchased a different/much better one

The setting switch is a little small and fiddly, making it difficult to find and use with gloves on. However the line and clip are good and it is compact and lightweight

As a BTB kayaker I bought these to set up an off shore anchor system and it works great! Cord is heavy duty enuf to hold 14' Ocean in place with a 5lb drop anchor. I pull up anchor line with my hands and reel up as I go easy and great way to keep ur anchor line straight and secure!!

This is a good real but has a tendency to come off the guide and wrap around the axle..
