I was having issues with my kayak anchor getting tangled a lot so I thought this would be a good alternative. It works pretty well, although a little finicky at times. Less tangling though!

Very strong for a plastic reel,including the line it came with. This reel is quite bulky, I would prefer something lighter/thinner with better durability and functionality.

Use this as a anchor line on my kayak. Keeps it nice and neat so I don’t have anchor line every where. Works great with a anchor trolley.

I'm using this as a long anchor line for a kayak and it's working great. Strong enough that when I got my anchor stuck, the anchor tooth broke off before the line broke... and much longer than any standard rope coming with a kayak sized anchor.

Yes, It might be a lil bit bulky, as some other reviewers already mentioned, but it gives you great convenience deploying your sausage.

I am using it for a own DIY Kayak Anchor - had to cut about 20ft off so that it would reel in without getting stuck, but thats a minor issue. Overall happy with it.

Use this with my kayak out at sea it’s for my Anchor it works excellent I’d recommend. Made my own anchor system and this role and reel can support a lot of weight

I use this for an anchor line on my kayak or just tying off. Long enough to reach when there's low water levels so the kayak doesn't float away

It's working great! The handle is indeed looks and feels a little bit big, but it is understandable since it is obvious designed to be held by an adult hand in a neoprene glove!
