I was looking for similar products with smaller screw tangs, for thinner projects, but these worked well. I just ground off the parts of the screw that penetrated my thin "wall mount" key and clothing hangers. To their credit, I wasn't not trying to sink them into studs. My lightweight applications only required a good adhesive to attach to a wall for adaquate function.Again, as advertised and just fine.

we used these in our bathroom for a peg rail to hang towels. The quality was great and the size is perfect for towels. One peg came broken but we still felt the value for the money was worth it.

I had three out of 50 that we’ve ordered that had the very tips of the screw broken off. Still was able to make them work. Very pleased with these pegs. Super easy to install and they seem to be sturdy.

I don't have a drill press so just used my hand drill but even so the peg look very even and in-line mounted into a 1x4 piece of pine trim and polyurethaned for our mud room. Excellent product. Just make sure you measure and mark each spot for drilling, and start a little lead hole with a sharp pencil or countersink so the drill bit doesn't skip and give you uneven mounting. I will say it's a bit of a chore to screw each one in because you need to do it by hand but you can wrap the peg with a tack cloth or something grippy to expand its diameter and make it easier to grip.

These pegs are exactly what I needed. I wanted something to hold my kitchen cafe curtains back when open to get full sunlight. I didn't want ties, so when I saw these they were perfect. The pegs are a great length and the screw gets enough into the window frame enough to make it very sturdy. The wood is perfectly smooth and unfinished. I'm not even going to paint them because the wood is a great color. I'm sure I can find many more ways to use these. Heck, I may even take up woodworking.

Beautiful quality. Smooth wood - I chose not to paint them. EASY to install. At first I started the hole with a nail but found that I didn't even need to do that - I was able to gently screw them into the drywall without a starter hold. I was able to get all my sun hats off the shelf and on to a wall. Great result.

These pegs are authentic in appearance and super easy to install. Just make a small pilot hole and screw them in. Finish with whatever stain you wish and they provide a strong, inexpensive peg board for hanging hats, coats, leashes, whatever can fit over a peg. They match very closely a couple of older peg boards that cost considerably more. Great value!
