So easy to use. It is self explanatory. I love that one can just put in the mhz such as 425, 725, 888, 1111.

Instead of enhancing my sleep, it disrupted it. Not sure if it is broadcasting square waves instead of sine, but it does not help you sleep better. You wake up feeling like you've been half awake all night. I will say that I remembered my dreams more though. Spend the extra $ and get the duok audio, nobsound wooden box schumann generator, that thing is amazing.

I love that it’s silent which is also impossible to know if it’s doing anything. However I will say that I normally get up 3-4 times a night to pee and I have used it for 4 nights now and each night I got up to pee once. That’s a big difference. I woke with a headache twice so it’s clearly not healing at least at this frequency. I doubt it’s causing the headache.It’s built kinda flimsy and could easily break but it’s cheap so what can you expect? I’ll be careful with it.It didn’t come with any instructions at all which was a bummer. It’s also confusing as to the sound vs silent and if that makes a difference. My tuning forks say the earths frequency is 130-something and this says 7.83 so I have some learning to do. A manual would have been helpful.

This came packaged in a protective static wrap. No instructions, but a little card was taped on the outside with the following information: "Schumann Waves Generator" "The product has no sound, 7.83Hz frequency generator (adjusted from 0.1Hz to 20000Hz). The back shows the display light switch as "power intensity adjustment", the cable as "USB Charger", and the keypad as "Adjustment buttons". That's it. Presumably you know what this is used for when buying it, but having to search the Internet to get even basic information o how to use it was annoying.That said, it's not complicated (once you know which buttons to press) and the frequency output is accurate. There are pads that let you connect up another device, like a frequency meter. I did and the readings matched the display. There is an audio out jack, but be aware if you use a stereo plug you will hear sound only through one side. This isn't a limitation or concern, just a note so you don't think it's broken.The circuit board is laid out and drilled to fit in a case - the problem is there is no case available! I see some are sold with a clear Plexiglas cover, but that's not a real case. I could (and probably will) print up a 3D case for it, but the buttons remain an issue. It's just hard to believe there isn't a rubber cover available somewhere for the buttons. This will forever look like a science fair project and not a real device until a decent looking case w/number pad is available.With these limitations you may ask why did I buy it? Cost. This was very inexpensive and I bought to see if the benefits of the various frequencies were real. Still no definitive answer on that - I have to say I do feel "something" when turning it on and there haven't been any negative effects.Ultimately I expect I will build a case for it, but if not, I'll pursue a more refined version that's not so exposed.Update: Pictures show case. I couldn't find anything for the keypad, but at least this protects the electronics. Unfortunately the display now goes very very dim after several hours usage. Turning on the backlight doesn't help. The only thing I've found is to power off and on again, which requires resetting the frequency.

Product arrived today, as promised.. delivery person followed delivery instructions perfectly also.. I will experiment with the sounds and plan to enjoy it. I can say that 432hz sound perfectly tuned, as I have a tuning fork.. I'm happy for the buy.
