Though I trusted the number of reviews that indicated this was "just the thing" to get rid of smoke (and vape) odors from a vehicle, I admit it almost seemed too good to be true. I'm happy to say it very much DOES work, exactly as described. We had some pretty strong smoke (including Weed) and vape odors in the seats and carpet in a car we own. Thus, I put this device in there for around 3 hours or so (then opened all the windows for another hour) and it took out around 90% of the smell. I ran it twice more (the 3rd time was just for good measure) and all traces of anything smoked are just gone! Since it's a station wagon one time I put it up front, the other in the back section.Charging was simple and easy to do, and I'm sure I'll find other uses for it.

The concept is great but the execution falls short. This thing worked great the first time and I literally had deer walk right under me from my down wind side, the second time I went to use it, it only ran for 30 seconds and said the fully charged battery was dead... I charged it again then it wouldn't turn on. Now it will turn on sometimes but not reliably., and the battery dies in minutes. For the price we shouldn't be given a product with every cost cutting component and total lack of care for quality. If they just listend to some of the reviews and made some changes to it, it could be amazing but they clearly aren't interested in making a quality product given every negative review centers on a lack of quality and durability.Honestly I want to love this but the fact that I can't rely on it working at.all is a huge disappointment.

Si lo quieres usar en un baño no sirve, ya que solo te permite dejar encendido y la batería se acaba muy rápido. Lo ideal es que pueda funcionar mientras se carga y el sistema no te deja hacer eso.

Boy, I'll tell ya what - I recently set up a THROW-N-GO ODOR ELIMINATOR at my deer lease and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only did it work like a charm to remotely eliminate all those pesky foreign scent molecules, but it also provided me with some entertainment during hunting season! You see, I noticed that as soon as I set the Eliminator up, a big ol' deer was drawn to it like a moth to a flame. Every time I saw him he was just standing there and staring at the device! It got to the point where it almost seemed like he was trying to figure out how it worked. Well, I guess I can't blame him - even I was kinda curious about the technology. Anyway, long story short, it worked like a charm and provided us with a nice kill shot. Got the 6point buck.

So my car absolutely stank for quite some time, and I finally decided to get to the bottom of it a few weeks ago. Tore out the seats, armrest, seatbelts, some trim panels, and the carpet, sprayed everything down with vinegar and Odoban, and found a huge chunk of mold growing under the rear driver side seat. Scooped up all of that after wetting it down with vinegar, wiped everything in the area down to make sure no spores spread, and put everything back together. So at that point, the car smelled like rot, vinegar, and Odoban. -___- Like I'd done nothing but add more funny smells to the mix.So I'd been reading about ozone generators for around year now. Due to the good reviews, I decided to try this Scent Slammer as the last resort to just tossing the carpet and rear seats. And just WOW! I put the Scent Slammer on the armrest pointing forward, left it on overnight, and came back to the car this afternoon. Smelled like ozone, for better or for worse (I don't hate the smell). Left the windows open for a couple of hours while I took literally everything out of the trunk, propped up the floor board access to the spare tire area for airflow, and ran the Scent Slammer for an hour in there, as well. Finished that up and let the trunk air out while I sat in the car and rolled up the windows. I sniffed around, and it smelled like... really not much of anything. The Scent Slammer deleted all of the smells in the car! I let it go for one more run this evening, with it sitting on the top middle of the rear seat backs, and I removed the floor mats to get some ozone onto the floor carpet for the finishing touch. The rear seat area is also the place where the mold was growing, so the more ozone, the merrier.Can't wait to use my car without having to constantly smell it at the same time! I'll probably use this on clothes and shoes, as well, and report back when I do.
