My unit ink was not showing well and they make you try to go through so many hoops to warranty it out. Purposely set to not truly help the customer.

Even though the printer is excellent, the ink provided with it immediately showed out when the cartridges where installed. There should be full cartridges included for what you pay!

This printer is awesome, fast and quiet. The only negative I have to say about it is the price if ink is extremely high for someone KB a budget. Although the ink does seem to last longer than other printers. I would buy it again.
