We managed to print 10 pictures before running out of the trial cartridge. It took half the day of course. Put a brand new 40 cartridge in it and it tried I don't know 10 times before it finally pulled a piece of paper in and actually printed anything so we probably lost all of the initial prints because it uses the cartridge to pull the paper through. This thing is horrible. It'll print a decent picture if you can get it to print. If you really want to print photos by a decent inkjet printer and set it up for photos you'll be happier in the long run.

I previously wrote a review saying how happy I was with this product until I wasn’t. Last week the paper jammed while printing and I could not clear it.. I tried contacting the company (which is pretty much non-existent). Emailed customer care only to be informed this product is not on their list for service. KODAK is no longer involved or back this product, so good luck trying to make a warranty claim. I purchased this printer in Aug,2024 and only printed about 40 pictures,so Amazon would not honor the return. DO NOT purchase this item!!

This Kodak photo printer was a little less print quality than I expected. The print quality is a little grainy. It is not the easiest set up as the picture of the power button in the instructions does not look like the same power button on the printer. It was easy to connect and follow the prompts on the app. The picture size is perfect.

I greatly disliked the one page of illustrations which was supposed to substitute for a manual. There was no other manual online to access. I emailed for help and also called for help. Took a week for an email reply which didn't solve an issue. Didn't received a phone call back. Poor, poor customer service. I still have questions on how to use this photo printer and issue is not resolved. When I did get it to work, the photo quality was fine. Have no idea how to get rid of chosen photos to print off the screen of chosen photos. Once printed, I don't need them on there and it could be an issue as the pics add up over time. The problem isn't so much with the machine itself, it is with product support both written and either online or phone support. There may be a glitch in the software but hard to tell as not sure how to work it. Boo on you Kodak!
