i used this to seal the cracks in my stucco i waited 2 years to allow house to settle and then purchased the morflex in beige it almost matches perfectly and with water u can make it smooth surface or more like the stucco look with a sponge. i sealed my screen door frame and filled in all the cracks around the frame from settling i wont even have to repaint since its beige.

Very easy to apply. Thick and matched my mortar well. Spans the gap up to 3/4 inch without shrinking. Looks ridged but is very flexible

This product applied easily with minimal mess to repair gaps in stone and seal under window frames. It matched existing mortar and stone color well. I did have to buy a heavier duty caulking gun and some foam backer but I was able to complete the project in under an hour. It dried quickly and was easy to clean up.
