Worked well, except square brackets can only attach to vertical supports. Thus, limited number of options for installing square brackets as bolts get in the way.

I bought two of these racks in May of 2016 when I bought my home. I'm deducting one star only because one of the kits was missing some fasteners, which required a trip to Lowe's to replace (I only spent about $5 more on the missing hardware). My garage ceiling is about 10 feet tall. I had one installed with a 36 inch drop, which gives me lots of space above, allows me to hang bikes off it, and I can still walk under it. I had the other one installed above the garage door track with a 24 inch drop down, which provides long term storage in a place that would otherwise be unusable space. I'm even considering getting a third unit, although I don't really need one. These make a wonderful, functional improvement to the garage, as long as you have enough ceiling height.I actually paid someone to install them. If you are installing them yourself, having a second person to hand the pieces up to you on the ladder would save a lot of time.

I bought these for my Safe Racks I had installed in my garage. At first I was going to return them as the clearance of items I was going to put on these hooks was too little. I then found a different way to do what I needed to do. If you have the Safe Racks, the quality of the racks is passed on to these hooks. You also get a nice variety of different sizes for different uses.As much as I hate to say it though, Amazon pricing is pricey on this item as well as the racks themselves. I went through a membership store web site when they had the racks on sale and had them installed for only $99 since I purchased them through this store. This Safe Racks hook package is also quite a bit cheaper to buy when the racks are on sale at the web site of this membership store.I cannot compare the racks or this hook set with any other brand, but I am very happy with the quality and workmanship of these as they are strong, solid, a good finish and packed well.

My garage was a total mess...2 car garage with barely enough room for one car. By this past Christmas, it was overflowing! I saw these Racks on Costco.com and ordered them and bought these hooks from Amazon (great price on Amazon compared to any other!). All I have to say is after a day of installation and buying some totes from Walmart, I can now fit 2 cars in my garage and there is still room!! And everything is neat and organized! The hooks work wonderfully at hanging everything you need.All I can say is don't hesitate to buy this product (SafeRacks and the hooks)! It is well worth the cost.

We have two Safe Racks in our garage and purchased this accessory hook package to hang bikes, ladders, and other items from them. The hooks interface perfectly with the safe racks being secured either by the items weight or screws or both. The hooks that don't require screws mount in seconds are are easy to move.The hooks are the same high quality and thick metal as the safe racks. The price is a bit much but for the ease of installation and secure hold, it seems worth it.We are very satisfied with the purchase and can recommend these hooks without reservation.
