The installation instructions were the worst I’ve ever seen. They leave way too much for you to imagine how to put it together even with the pictures you can’t see if parts are to go right left or any other way if you wanna waste a day to put this together, please do After 45 minutes I gave up and I’m not an idiot

Great product for the price. Wish the grading on actual shelf was stronger but solid product! Does require quite the assembly time even with impacts to speed the process up!

This product is a winner in my book! I have 2 other ceiling storage racks of similar dimensions from different vendors that I've been using for 4 years now, and these appear to be just as substantial in quality and build. Install and assembly is pretty straight forward. I have no idea if it can support 600lbs of stuff because only I'm storing my season decorations on it, but the rack seems very stable. As a side note, I've also seen metal hooks on Amazon that you can attach to the storage rack's grid squares that allow you expand its overall storage capacity in the event that you want to hang items like bikes and tools. You really can't go wrong this item if you're looking for ceiling storage.

As others have mentioned, the instructions are garbage - you can identify the basic parts, then you're on your own. My main beef is that the mounting brackets for the ceiling really only work going one way (in line with the studs). My house is newer, studs are 24" apart give or take, but with slightly less that 16" brackets I would only be able to hit one stud unless I went in line with them which is not where I wanted to install the storage. I ended up going to to the hardware store and buying 3ft brackets so that I could install it how I wanted and hit at least a couple of studs for support.

As you can see in the photo there’s no measurements in the directions. You have to assemble it on the floor, get all the measurements YOURSELF, take it back apart, then you can start. I would not buy it again.

Great product. Sturdy and strong, adjustable, versatile, made of quality products that feel and look substantial. Easy to assemble and install- great for getting rid of items otherwise cluttering your garage or work area by storing them off the floor or shelving and freeing up that usable space. Instructions were well written, easy to read/understand and follow.

This rack is what I was expected. It’s sturdy, easy to install, and the adjustable figure is even better. I hung my bikes on it, and it holds them really well, very functional. Now my garage looks more organized and clean. Very satisfied.
