The Blue "Playback" Schedules are always wrong and absolutely never match what it says it is. Example if you're trying watch a show that you missed on Tuesday at 8:00pm and you click on it to watch, it might show you the Noon news or something different from like 3 hrs before. The "Guide" on "Playback" it just never matches up with what it says it should be. That's the only that is really bad about the Super Box, everything else is great.

This super box is awful. Shuts on and off in the middle of shows. Cut off during NBA all star games.

It took me a while to figure out how to get free channels and local networks, but once you upload their apps, it is under "blue TV" almost 2k channels free. I was surprised to see some showtime and HBO channels were also free along with almost all the extra channels that your cable company charges an additional fee for, like Hallmark, HGTV, TV land, etc. Now all I pay for is the wifi service, saving lots of money on my monthly charges. You even get ALL the Local networks, better than the antenna service without all the buffering. Definitely worth the price, pays for itself within 4 months and easy to install.

Pros: The install and set up was very easy! Many instructional videos can be found on YouTube. Access to 1000’s of channels, more than you could ever watch!Cons: Customer service is a website bot not a real person. The menu guide is rarely correct, meaning the show displayed is not always what is actually airing at the moment. The time does not sync with the tv guide menu so im always having to scroll over to find the correct time.
