I have a bit of technical knowledge but very little about resetting a hard drive or computer, so I had to try to find a few videos in order to figure out how this works, however I soon realized this USB has everything that you need you just have to read the instructions and use a bit of common sense.Also the video attached in the files, I was unable to open the first few times, so I had to restart the process a few times however after I was able to pull up the video I got everything to work. I also ended up getting an error when trying to reinstall windows, but then went to the error codes, used the specific program needed followed the instructions exactly and now my computer is back working and is basically a new computer!I did lose all my data but I really only used my computer to play games so it was okay I just had to restart all my progress, #gamerproblems but I am so grateful and so happy that I was able to revive my computer! A reset computer is better than it being unusable.GET IT NOW!! IT WORKS 100%.

Does exactly what it supposed to do. Bootable. Some folks stated the absence of a help doc but it comes with a video which shows how to do it. Easy to use, fixed all my issues (not being able to boot). I was hoping it will work and it did! Wow, what a great little tool, it even comes with partition mgr to fix incorrect partitions (which helped me as well).

Well, I am very thrilled to have my laptop back up and running thanks to this product. The only reason that I am giving it four stars and not five is because it was not the easiest instructions to find and follow. But, I honestly believed that I was going to have to buy a new laptop computer because it would not do anything other than power up. Here I am using my 2009 laptop and it is working better than ever. Thank you so very much!

Unreal bit of kit. Repaired a hard drive. Found 3000 files deleted years ago from a hard drive and removed the password from windows 10. It’s a big YES from me.

This was a life saver. The instructions that came with the product were very clear. Although it may seem wonky at times, it is the expected behavior, as it was noted in the instructions. One example is, when you try to install fresh OS, it says to run it twice. The first time it errors out, but the second time it runs successfully. Thank you so much!
