I love that this not only backed up my phone pictures quickly and easily, but that it could be color coded to match my phone case i did have to download an compatible application on my phone in order to delete duplicates and unwanted photos off the device. Im happy to have a place to store my photos quickly without having to use pay to save options.

I was ready to be disappointed buying this because I chose the cheaper option. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It was very easy to use and there were no confusing tasks that needed to be done. I just plugged it in my Iphone 13Pro and the app appeared and after installation you can immediately transfer as easy as that. Very straight forward.

The flash drive didn't require any formatting to use on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The user manual qA already visible on the drive. A couple of clicks, the app was downloaded from Apple's App Store, a brief read through the manual, and I was able to copy off photos, including DNG files, satisfactorily. I plugged the drive into my computer's USB port and the photos were easily copied to a hard drive. Note that by default some files are renamed as PNG files instead of DNG. The manual describes the app setting to copy the image files unchanged.The drive didn't overheat. Yes. the DNG files were large so transfer to my PC was not instant.The drive has some flimsy feeling plastic, so I was care to avoid forcing it into the Type A slot on my PC.But the drive worked quite well overall. and was inexpensive.Five stars.

Originally I got this to save all of the data on my device. I don’t have a lot of trouble but I like to keep control over my information. I thought I could download the entire phone to it like I do the iCloud but it only takes the images and maybe the files (which I haven’t figured out yet). Always excited to learn advancements in technology as long as they don’t hurt people like robots that slap and beat people up.. it’s insanity. But this thing doesn’t give the back up I need . I am happy to have a device that I can save my images on from my iPhone 1 which has been holding 6000 images. So thank you for this. If that’s all you need it for I recommend it without reservation. Go for it. Good price and lots of memory space.

This flash drive is good for simple tasks like storing some pictures, videos, or documents. If you’re looking to use this for something that uses more processing power I would go with another trusted brand. I only bought this because I needed it overnight. I’m encrypting the drive through Veracrypt and it’s taking way too long to encrypt the whole drive. I’m using the Type C end plugged in to the computer and the write speed is topping out at 19 MiB/s where type C should write between 100 MiB/s to 1000 MiB/s so it’s my system is showing that the encryption will take about 3 hours when it should really be about 30 min or less. Great price for simple tasks but mediocre for something more power invasive.

The size and storage capacity are nice. I like that it transitions to different types of ports. However, it can easily break if pushed on too hard. I have an iPhone so I had to flip down the USB portion and use the plug for an iPhone. The fit is VERY tight and when I pushed a little hard to connect it, it bent. I initially feared it was going to break off in my phone! It did not, thankfully, but the plug for an iPhone no longer works so the device is now useless for me. It's also difficult to push into a slot, you have to hold the "glider" in place otherwise when you push into a slot, the glider just moves instead of going into the slot.Update 6/1/2023: the seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The product works great, I do like that it’s adaptable to different devices and it’s easy to use, just need to download an app. You still need to be careful when inserting though.

This product exceeded my expectations. I recently had two babies and my phone photos filled up way too fast. iCloud kept sending me notifications to upgrade my storage to $13 a month and it just seemed like too much. But my husband and I didn’t wanna lose these precious memories if we lost our phones.I put 15,000 pictures so far onto the stick. As soon as I opened the package, there were easy instructions, and a QR code. It prompted me to download the app (didn’t even need to try to find it in the App Store) and within minutes I was on my way to downloading pictures.We will be buying another one for my husband to save even the two dollars a month for each of us for iCloud storage. So worth it. We purchased a $50 fireproof safe to put our memory stick in with our photos in case of fire. This is giving us peace of mind, together with savings, to keep our family photos forever. Very happy with it!

Se rompió la entrada para el iPad. Eso y que no la reconoció (igual es culpa mía porque no decía que fuera compatible con la Air 3ra generación). Lo demás funciona, pero buscaba principalmente que fuera para usarla directo con el iPad... También hay comentarios un poco negativos sobre el nivel de calidad y funcionamiento de la App para usar y hacer que reconozca la USB.

** Updated Review **I decided to give this product another shot and buy another flash drive because there was a coupon and so many reviews were raving that I thought it might have just been the flash drive I received that was faulty. I received a new one and it worked very well at first (better than the first one) Now I go to use it a few weeks after and instantly had issues with my iPhone not recognizing the device anymore but I got my computer to access it so it was fine. I try again on different mobile devices and eventually, it starts working again only for my files to glitch and completely disappear .... now after going back in, thankfully a lot of the files are still there but there are countless files that now appear to be in the drive but I am unable to access them and they will not open. I am absolutely heartbroken to lose these files and regret trusting in the second device and that is my mistake. I would absolutely not recommend buying this product as it has now failed me twice and I have lost access to my important videos that I do not think I will be able to get back.Old Review:This product works pretty great at first but within my first night of installing stuff I already started to receive an “error” message when trying to access items directly after putting them on the device. I am unable to access these items and they are still taking up storage on the device despite not being able to access them. When I attempted to delete the items it won’t allow me and therefore is still taking up storage. I have been able to upload a few other items without this issue but now every time I try to upload something it does not work and I get the error message. Now I am worried it will get to the point where I am unable to access the other items as well.
