I bought this for my travel trailer that I recently purchased, I knew I was going to be raising and lowering it numerous times and I didn't want to do it manually. I'm so happy I got this, I've used it about 20 different times and it's worked great each time, the one thing I would improve is the speed, it seems like it's pretty slow going up and down, maybe it has to be that way to lift the heavy load, but it would be nice to have it go a little faster. The only other thing I noticed when I installed it was it's not strait , it's turned to the driver side slightly, but that's not that big of a deal, it works and does what I need it to.

Okay, maybe it didn't save my life, but it sure was worth every penny I paid for it. Before, to hook up my travel trailer, I had to crank it up until my arm got sore, then crank it back down onto the ball. Then I had to crank it all the way up with a big chunk of wood under it to attach the weight redistributing bars, then crank it back down again. This trailer jack is adjustable, so I don't need that big chunk of wood anymore.And installing it was a breeze, though I wish they had a longer electrical line to the battery.

My husband had the old one off and this one installed in under thirty minutes. He stated that it was quieter than the original and worked great! We saved a bundle buying it from Amazon and installing it ourselves!

I hooked up power to the unit. The jack works fine but the LED light doesn't work. I went to trouble shooting but it will not let me enter a phone number properly. Very very disappointed.
