Our travel trailer is fairly fancy (even has a porcelain toilet) but had a manual tongue jack. I had total shoulder replacement surgery and didn't want to crank on the jack. This was money well spent and a quick and easy installation.

Old factory power jack from keystone started to have lifting problems, and plastic cover totally deteriorated, and was breaking apart. So, I went higher up, to a 5000# lift. Works like a breeze. Easy to install. You just need some power crimps. The polestar 5000# lift runs smooth and…..quite. Great buy too.

I had a 3000 lb manual Jack on my trailer it's been there for years I bought this product 4 days ago it's mentioned $5,000 after using it 3 times the gearbox strips,busted and making lots of noise lifting before it was busted.Not made to be used.

Replaced a Manuel crank on an older model RV I purchased recently. It’s a life saver for me as it saves energy. I have to lift and lower several times to get all hook ups done and adjusted properly. No regrets on this purchase. Most new RV’s already have electric lifts on the tongue. I purchase a 2006 as the cost and quality are not there on new RV’s. I had a new RV it was trash so got rid of it. Amazon has gotten a lot of purchases from me as I modernize this older RV

I ordered this trailer jack, it works well, the only minor issue is I ordered the black one but they shipped the white, it stands out like a sore thumb

I have a 38 ft trailer- fairly heavy but this Jack does the trick, no problem. Easy install and looks good. Having the cover to prevent sun and weather damage is a nice touch as well.

UPDATE: this product lasted less than six months. With limited use. It makes noise. But it will no longer go up or down. We discovered the manual crank DOES NOT FIT THIS ELECTRIC JACK. And I have been unable to get adequate or helpful response to our problem. I now have a trailer literally stuck on my hitch/truck.This product is truly a "no-brainer." As in....why did I wait so long to buy this and get it installed? The price point is good. The functionality is good. The only negative (which isn't really a negative, I'm sure it is more safety-related), is that it could be faster. (shrug) It is definitely efficient and timesaving...not to mention a lot easier on the person hitching up a large RV or large trailer! Buy it! You'll be glad you did!
