It worked and did what it was supposed to do but I felt it was rather flimsy so I returned it. Bought one at a local RV store. Of course it was more expensive but it was substantially thicker which helped put my mind at ease and it included the bracket to mount the regulator. If it will fit your trailer tongue better it might not be so wobbly.

Product seems to be good quality but definitely not red like they claim. Kind of a pinkish /orange. It will need to be painted which defeats the point of buying a painted product. Disappointing.

We added another tank of propane to our camper and were looking for a safe way of putting on the trailer. It was very easy to install. It is sturdy and fits perfectly on the trailer.

The ease of access to the propane bottles when time to turn in or refill is so much easy. Also upgraded our single propane to dual allowing us for some flexibility between fill ups.

The kit is a very good value, but that’s not the reason for the review. I am writing this to explain using this kit to convert a campers single tank setup to a dual tank system. On my camper, the bottom plate in the new kit was exactly the same width as the 2 angle-iron rails welded to the tongue, so I had to cut the short rail off so the plate could lay flat. Other than that its simple. I couldn’t find any video’s on this installation of the kit.
