We installed this propane tank cover at the beginning of June and discovered after three short trips that the rear portion of the cover had been shredded. The front still looks fine and is in one piece, but the portion that sits next to the trailer had been ripped to shreds.In the picture, you can see where I taped it up to attempt to get a few more months of use out of it.

Fits well. Easy to install. Board is thin particle board but will do well to hold shape and protect top. I wouldn't put any unnecessary weight on it.

I assumed that the bottom would have elastic band to hold it in place while traveling. It does not. I wrapped a rubber strap around it to hold it on tight. The Velcro stip on the side is tight only at the bottles widest point. I feel it was still worth the money to keep the bottle covered.

This cover was extremely tight on a standard propane tank on our pull behind camper. Couldn’t Velcro the top section. Just had to get a new one after about a year and a half.

Fit like a hand in a velvet glove. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has to cover those unsightly 30 lbs. tanks. Sturdy looking material to boot.

I changed my camper from single to dual tanks and just wanted to dress it up a bit. This item was affordable, and looks reasonably good. The fit is snug, the elastic at the bottom is strong and holds the cover in place well. I treated it thoroughly with vinyl protector to hopefully extend life from sun rot. The zipper is plastic but seems reasonably tough, I put the cover on with the zipper facing towards the camper to help protect it. The reason for 4 stars is the crap 2 piece fiberboard panel that supports the top. I took the cover off to change a tank and the fiberboard was damp from condensation, deforming, and moldy. I dried it out, spray painted the 2 sections and put it back together for now. I have a large scrap of 1/4" thick pvc panel leftover from a camper floor replacement project. I will make a single pvc piece to replace the 2 piece fiberboard one when I get a chance. They should have used something moisture and heat resistant rather than fiberboard to deal with heat and condensation. I don't expect this to last a long time, but hope if I treat the cover with protectant every year it will extend lifespan.

The tank covers fit snugly on our 30 gallon tanks, so no fear of them blowing off during driving down the highway. Easy access to the tanks.

Update: The back of this cover was destroyed after only a 3 hour freeway ride. Wind hitting against the metal bracket holding the tanks in destroyed and ripped the back of this. They give you a nice cardboard insert to put on the top on the inside to protect from friction and cuts, but not along the brackets on the back of the tank harness. This can be a nice cover IF YOU put your own cardboard or wood piece on the back covering your bracket. Initial review: Much easier to deal with the tanks in my case instead of a big plastic cover. It’s very tight. I have two 20g tanks. If I did it again I’d buy a size larger. I’d get the cover for the double 30g tanks. It will fit easier.

This item arrived on time and in good condition. I waffled between a hard cover or soft cover for the 20 lb propane tank on our 2018 Intech Pursue tiny trailer. The standard configuration makes installing a hard cover a challenge, yet I read many reviews complaining about the soft covers getting ripped to shreds during travel. I decided on this soft cover and installed it under the retaining band for the tank, cinched the band back down and see no fraying or deterioration after three camping trips (I don't travel over 65 MPH). I suppose if you roar down the road at 90 MPH you might experience problems, but the tank cover might be the least of them. An added bonus of this cover is I can secure the light/brake connector inside the cover to protect it from the weather. Very satisfied.

Je le recommande fait de matériel souple et peu robuste mais de belle apparence. Acheté en juin 2014 et sa fin de vie mai 2018, 4 ans de service. Je vais en commander un autre mais le renforcir.
