I didn’t prefer these based on looks, but they many reviews. I’m glad I went with these. They are comfortable and a smooth ride.

I have cankles. If you don’t know what that is it’s fat ankles where it’s hard to know where the calf ends and the ankle begins. This makes finding rollerblades to fit especially challenging. When I tried these on I couldn’t even get the top strap closed. I also got skates to try but since I’m mostly using on the road (and am likely to fall because I’m clumsy) prefer blades. After a bit of an internet search squashed any hope of rollerblades for anyone with cankles, I was going to give up on blades. But first I thought I’d email rollerblade and see if there was a chance they have a version that works for people like me.There’s not. HOWEVER (here’s the good part) they make ankle straps JUST for us fat-ankled folks! And they said they would send them to me for free! I was ecstatic.I must say, replacing the straps requires someone who knows how to use tools. Getting the rivets off the original straps was no walk in the park for my husband and I and we are pretty savvy (ok one of us is) but we got it done and I can finally blade! They feel good, fit well, and do good on the road. I wear a 7.5 in almost every shoe and the 8 fits comfortably. So if you are blessed with cankles like me - there’s hope!

These rollers feel like they are your foot, providing great control and support. Hands down the best pair of rollers I ever owned. Because I have bigger legs the top like click thing - don’t know the name- is difficult to secure but I’ve gotten better at the method. I chose 8 because the 8.5 had less features but maybe size up? Or it may just take some time to break in - which I prefer now that I had more time to skate in them and get more ground coverage. Compared to other product offerings I personally feel it should not cost this much for good skates since I’m pretty sure I had good ones as a kid for a lower price. But overall good product.

These blades are excellent for mums like me. Whilst my kids scooter, bike or play at the park I use these so I can also exercise. The wheels are smooth and I don't need to apply slot of pressure to go from point a to b. Don't go down hill with these.

Los amé cuando los vi. Todo muy bonitos y de buena calidad. Ya los esperaba. Vienen tal cual vienen en la imagen. No trae bolsa para ponerlos, pero eso es lo de menos.

*2 year update: Still holding up with wheel changes and hard use, even with more demanding tricks like toe spins.*1 year update: These things are still and more amazing. Weekly use and plenty of scratches, but sturdy sturdy sturdy. They fit now like my fav pair of scunchbacks.* Wow! Just wow. I've been trying a few Rollerblade skates: RB Cruiser W, Zetrablade Elite, Bladerunner....but these are awesome. My favorite, with the Bladerunners a close second for functionality and comfort. I need a lightweight skate for artistic skating; and so far, I love the Rollerblade fitness line for that very purpose!1.) The frames. Composite, but can stand up to skate dance and slalom! At first I didn't love that feature, but it's as tough as aluminum frames. And way, WAAAY lighter. In typical Rollerblade fashion, these have nice short frames that are only as long as the boot, so SUPER maneuverable. I took the stock wheels off to replace them with 85A (I like a nice hard wheel) and rockered these 76-80-80-76 for extra maneuverability.2.) The wheels on these are super zippy compared to the Bladerunner, so I would rate them Intermediate, which is where I'm at, but a beginner might have some issues with them.Axles are very durable quality steel.3.) Nice, THICK laces, with lacing options farther up the skate if you want it. Definitely like this system better than the Elite, makes for a nice, snug fit. Keeps the feet tight and placed well.4.) Speaking of a snug fit, these have a plushy integrated liner that's a bit high, so I like that extra stability around the ankle.5.) True to Size! I am a women's 9, with narrow feet. Perfect fit. Perfect. I did say these had a nice snug fit, didn't I? I like to be able to put my foot exactly where I'm skating, whether it's crossovers or spins, so these are great!6.) Breathable AND plastic capped toe. Important! Bladerunner and Elite do not have plastic capped toes. I personally like this because I do a lot of tricks with my toe wheels. All in all, my new personal favorites! My only regret is I wish I had found these before. Cheers!

I bought these when the price was $138 total with taxes and shipping (I see the price is constantly fluctuating)I purchased a size 8, I am normally a size 7 to 7.5.Received these less than a week ago, and have taken them on a spin 4 times already! I just can't get enough. Great way to stay active during these lockdowns! Also very cute - I have received many compliments on these already from friends and strangers!Great quality, do not feel cheap or as if they are going to break. Wheels are smooth, boots feel secure, ankles have the support necessary. All in all, a great purchase!

I had Bladerunners by Rollerblade and accidentally left them in the street and drove off without them! In all fairness, I'd never done any maintenance on them in 8 years and it was probably time for a new pair anyway. The sizing is tricky since there are no half sizes and the sizing chart is 'currently unavailable'. I'm a true 8.5 US / 6 UK / 39 European shoe size. I ordered a size 9 at first which equates to a 40.5 EU, so actually a size and half up from the US 8. So I ordered the US 8, which was marked on the box as a UK 6 / EU 39. Not really how it usually works, plus you only find that out AFTER you order them. Ok. But they fit. So if you're a US 8.5, I recommend ordering the size 8. I also have a bit of a cankle situation going on but I was used to how they fit from my old Bladerunners. I had to really yank on the laces, which by the way are way shorter than on the old models and will not fit around your ankle and back again, to get a more secure footing. I had to adjust the right foot, after staring to blade; I was sliding around a bit but after I pulled the laces tighter and adjusted the ankle clip it was fine. These run much smoother than my old blades, great for my modest use of just doing a low-impact cardio workout. Confident blader, no trick is my level. Worth mentioning might be that I did get a blister on my right foot but then again they were brand-new and as an ex-dancer I have hideous bunions which is exactly where I got the blister. I know from my old blades that that will subside after a while. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase, especially that they're essentially the same blades as my old ones, just a bit better and prettier. I might get longer laces though. I like to tie them together and sling them over my shoulder to lug them around, not possible with these short laces.
