Find Your Size
Most skates follow your shoe size.
Once you have the correct size of skates it is always best to check the following items below to ensure a proper fit:
- The skate's closure system should be secured snugly ensuring the heel is locked in. It also helps to give the heel a little tap on the floor to push it into the rear of the boot.
- When standing with knees bent or skating, the heel should be secure and have no to minimal lift. In the skating position the heel tends to settle back into the skate and demonstrate the true fit. A skate that is too loose can compromise ankle support
- Toes should not be pressed against the front of the skate or cramped.
- Better skaters tend to like when their toes lightly brush against the toe area because they know their heels will settle back giving them the proper room and allowing the skate to feel like a true extension of their foot. This is all personal preference.
- Skate socks make a big difference in the performance and fit of skates

I just gotten back into skating after 20 years. I was using 76 wheels which had more control. These are not for beginners as it’s hard to stop and make quick turns due to the longer frame. I am plus size 40yo and rode 2 miles easily my first time. They run small. I wear a size 9.5w and the size 10w is a perfect fit.

Don’t listen to these rollerblades that say that they have half sizes such as 8 to 8 1/2. It’s a complete lie. They do not fit half sizes at all. It’s only one size. No half sizes exist. So basically if you buy this rollerblade, it’s going to be small on you and wide on your foot. Your toes are going to be cramped to the very front of the rollerblade. Completely impossible to wear and such a lie that they have half sizes. Such a waste of time and money.

Nice looking skates. I wear a 10 Womens, in most Rollerblades but these fit like a 9/9.5 the sizing was correct on the box and skates, so they are being returned. This doesn't affect quality of skate but the memory buckles gets in the way and it's hard to tie the skate without those popping in the way. I always wanted a pair of Lightings so I was excited to see them come back just sad that Rollerblade doesn't offer at least an 11 for us bigger footed ladies so I'll have to settle for Men's sizing and colors.
