The Rockville APM6 Active Studio Monitor Comes in Pairs and each monitor will be bi-amped. What this means is that there is a separate amp for the highs and a Separate amp for the lows! Each speaker has 175 watts peak output power and 67.5 watts RMS giving you a total of 350 watts peak and 175 watts RMS per pair. We spent a lot of time developing the most premium studio monitors we ever built! I am very pleased and excited to talk to you guys about what we did to make these speakers sound as good as they do. If you are an audiophile you will find what we did to be quite amazing.

Enclosure is made of top quality MDF wood. Our enclosure is not particleboard, it is true high-grade MDF! The enclosure is 0.5” thick while the front board of it is a full 1” thickness to give you the ultimate best sound quality!
We use “baking paint” made for wood surface. It lasts long and is the best paint for speakers!
Beautiful finish is matte with a slight shine to it. Our designers spent a lot of time on the color to make it beautiful and elegant looking to improve the appearance of your studio or room

Very nice sounding speakers 9/10Fairly big, but I wouldnt call them 6.5''. more like 5.5'' when I measured.

These monitors are great. At $175 a pair, they are a steal. I was surprised how loud they get and even though they are 6.5 inch speakers, the bass isn't too bad. I did add a studio sub to round out the lower spectrum, but that was part of my plan all along..

I tried a pair of Prosonus same timeframe. No comparison. First wattage, weight, then rest of specs blew those speakers out of the water. Then I listened to my flac files. As close to audiofile quality as I could imagine if they were twice the price. On top of everything else, speaker build exudes quality. Factory direct indeed.

i use these speakers to listen to videos and cd's on my home computer and they are more than loud enough , with really good clear sound even when you push them . at first i was going to buy jbl's but happy now i saved that money , these speakers are just fine ..

I love these speakers for the price. They are not 1000$ speakers but best believe they will put 500-700$ speakers to shame. For the price you cant get much better unless your looking for 8s

If your sitting down looking for something to really jazz up your pc sound .I would recommend. I seen the other comments about a hiss, I had it too I turn down the volume nob in the back even at a quarter volume they are way louder than any pc speaker that I've seen well worth the 145 bucks.

Wow! The sound is amazing, the base is deep and all sound is clear and crisp. I am so stoked! I use them in a hone studio and I am beyond impressed. Playing my music from my Mac is amazing. It loses a bit of volume when using my interface, but it sounds amazing. Plug and play with usb and xlr, no stress and extremely well built.
