I got a super tiny box that had the bed mount and two bars in it, that's it. How is this a full size ladder rack?

So far it seems great especially for the price. It’s very reasonable price. If you have prime, you don’t have to pay shipping anywhere else I looked for this item. I was only able to find it cheaper one place but then with the shipping it was more expensive. The only thing is, is how it lines up with the truck bed. It’d be nice if there was other options because we couldn’t fully attach it to our truck bed. Also, it would be nice if it came with the right size wrenches, I had to go by $50 worth of franchise to put it together Because it takes multiple sizes and you have to have One size wrench on one side of the bolt and tighten it with another size wrench on the other side. If you look at my pictures, you can see what I mean on one side we were able to put both your hooks on the other. The truck bed comes out on the inside so we were unable to put a second one and we couldn’t move the leg back any further or else it would not have been stable.

Overall nice product. However, there were several nicks and scratches on a couple parts as if it had been used and returned.

This product started rusting out within a month of install. Definitely better products out there than this. Strength wise is good but I'm sure in a couple years I'll have to change it out due to rusting issues.
