U cant have both L & R mounting rods at the same angle. Its the stupidest thing. U must adjust the mounts to rectify this but so far (and I've tried for 2 months now) I can't get it adjusted right so as a result the fender is always skewed either letf or right. I just can't get the fender parallel to to the wheel. now how stupid is that. Why did they do that. The problem is in the parts themselves. I cant fo anything about it. All u have to do while the fender and mounting rods are in ur hand is use ur eyes š to try to get the two rode parallel to eachother. Its a simple procedure but u cant do it because the groove the locks the rods in position are different . the left locking grooves is in a different angle from the right. WHY DID THEY DO THAT ? Being a design engineer for 40 year I understand how the error occured. When designing it the just copied the left to the right. They didn't bother to mirror it! And nobody caught the error so now that they machined the molds it would cost alot to make other new molds to correct the error so we are probably stuck with this error for ever. THAT IS POOR WORKMANSHIP. So letting u know what ur in for when u buys this.

Pretty easy install and good fit on a fat tire electric mountain bike. Holds position well.

I wasn't a fan of the tie strap attachment of this fender, and it took a bit of time to get it installed just right, but it significantly reduces the mud and water on your back, doesn't rub, and has lasted a few trail rides without issue.

I had high hopes because I liked the look of this fender. But I quickly became skeptical when I saw that zip ties were used to attach it to the front fork. It went downhill from there. Because Iām stubborn I decided to re-engineer something that was poorly engineered. I used black gorilla table to stabilize the front of the fender to the arch of the fork. I am now out of gorilla tape and the fender was taken away this morning by waste management. If you are bored and want a meaningless project to take up the next 6 months of your life, this fender is for you.

It is very durable fender, but not easy to take on and off because you have to cut the zip tie to take it off.

I'm impressed with this front fender. This thing is solid brand new and riding in wet weather will give it the real test. I'll update this review in the future. Fits perfect with 27.5's mounted to a Rockshox. Update: 1/27/24 they will not work well on a eBike or anyone riding faster than 13 mph. The amount of water that spends off the front wheel blows right back on you and all over the bike. The reason is that it doesn't block the water past the mid point of the wheel causing the wheel to spin the water up in the air. I can see for thick mud they would work well. Returned but product is solid!!!!
