First off this is a great machine, functionality is top notch for a piece of home gym equipment. Hack squat is smooth and ROM is great and I’m 5’9. Maybe if you’re 5’2 it would be just good, maybe a tad better. The ROM on the leg press is ok to good for me. I put a 6 inch box behind the seat and then it’s fantastic.Assembly was as expected with so many parts but directions are clear and the nuts and bolts are shrinked wrapped and labeled by step which is phenomenal. Took me 4.5 hours by myself. I see some people say 2 hours alone but I think they are overcompensating 😏.The footprint isn’t as big as you think either. I included photos to show it next to my rack and with my min pin climbing on it so you can get an idea of size and my floor mats are 24x24 for perspective. Honestly you can’t go wrong. It’s a great addition to any home gym. I’m recovering from back surgery and this has helped immensely. The ball bearings are loud but smooth. I added my own equipment grease to the poles just as protection. It comes with a small tube of lubricant as well.

Overall I recommend this product for the price, customer service, and functionality. Now, it was very unclear how this would be shipped. When I got the tracking number it was for one box that weighed less than 1/2 the total weight of the machines gross weight. This will come in two shipments. The first took four days and the other box showed up two days later. The boxes will most-likely be damaged upon delivery because of the weight of each box and the soy milk that the multiple delivery people drink as part of their daily routine 💪🏼. Each item will be wrapped in bubble wrap, but there is not a lot of styrofoam material in the box from keeping the items from clanking around - most-likely will have some scratches, but that should not deter you as this is GYM EQUIPMENT.This may appear that it cannot sustain the weight that you max on it, but with the bolt plates that come with it the machine is reinforced at the primary bolt/pressure bearing points. While not quite the max load that is advertised because I mix bumper and iron plates, I have had 12x 45s and two 160lbs resistance bands to this and it handles the load fine. For those of you that have mixed plates, I can only get 6x 45lbs bumper plates and 6x 45lbs iron plates before I run out of room. The sled moves smoothly on the guides but you have to make sure to lube it. I coated mine with lithium grease. There are only two aggravating things about this, but I got over it after a couple workouts and it only really matters if you do multiple positions toe/foot placements during exercises. First the foot pad on the leg press has thequarter moon swing plate (or whatever it's called) that lets you transition from hack to press in an awkward spot. It is more offset to the left side and limits your toe/foot rotations. Overall you are able to do what you need. The second issue is that the pads on the hack are thin and put a lot of pressure on your shoulders. I don't really like this because I bought this machine to replace regular squats since I just had double shoulder surgery in an attempt to alleviate pressure on my shoulders.Regarding customer service, I immediately inventoried all of the parts because my boxes arrived like the fell off of a roof. I was missing multiple bolt plates. I messaged the company through Amazon and was promptly asked to confirm the exact number of pieces missing. They mailed it the next day and those arrived about four days later.I recommend this brand because of the service and quality. If you don't like the quarter moon thing I mentioned above, I recommend buying their new updated model.

This is a great, compact piece of equipment. The foot area is slightly smaller than something in a gym but you get what you pay for. It was easy to build. Shipping was OK but it's heavy and a cardboard box with some foam isn't much protection. Couple scratches on the frame. Slides are earrings and alittle noisy but smooth and sturdy.

You can’t beat the quality and value of this machine for the price. It’s a very easy machine to switch between a hack squat to a leg press. The machine is very smooth, sturdy, very smooth when in use and it looks really nice once assembled. I would rate this high quality for a home gym piece of equipment. If you’re comparing it to commercial grade I’d rate it middle grade. It’s very nice for the price and will be plenty good for most gym users. The product comes in 3 boxes and each box is not that heavy to move around. The assembly takes about 3-4 hours to put together. Everything is labeled clearly and it is not that difficult to assemble. One of the boxes got a little damaged during shipping and some of the pieces got scratched.I contacted Ritfit and the customer service is excellent. They got everything fixed promptly and were very helpful and polite.I highly recommend this machine and if you’re on the fence about purchasing it… BUY IT! You will not regret it.
