This ladder is superb, compact, strong and easy to store, but after using it for a year, I finally know what's wrong with it and why I find it unstable, slips a little on the left side when stepping on the higher rungs, one side the hinge stabilizer is missing! The manufacturer - supplier helped me out through amazon messaging, and will be sending me the missing part. I look forward to receiving the missing part and it should be perfect after.Update: manufacturer sent me the hinge and all is good! Super study now, thanks!

Overall, product design and idea is great. It folds so compact and weight is light so it fits on my trunk of the sedan very easily which makes it perfect ladder to carry around to the job site.However, the steps are welded straight to the ladder which becomes uneven to the ground when A-Ladder is unfolded which makes it uncomfortable to climb up and down the steps.If they have designed the steps to be slightly angled so when A-Ladder is unfolded, steps becomes even with ground, it would have been perfect 5 star rating for sure.

Overall for the price point on this ladder is a good deal. The weight can be managed by anyone. It is compact and it will do the job it needs to do, however, it is most adept as a homeowners/emergency ladder. I am glad to have it when I have nothing else, but it would not be my first option. I use ladders in a commercial setting and it is not sturdy enough for an all day need. It is great when you don’t have space for a full size ladder.

We needed a ladder to keep in our motor home but space fills up fast so finding things that collapse and don't take up a ton of room is important. We had an incident on a recent camping trip that our awning froze up and wouldn't come back in. We were SOOOO lucky that for the first time my hubby brought our little 4' ladder so we could manually get up just high enough to get a drill in the override. But that was a wake up call to make sure we have a ladder on board at all times for whatever may come up. Finding a ladder that gets you up approx 6' but then collapses down down to just over 2' and flat is awesome! We can easily fit in any of our lower storage compartments and are prepared for whatever comes up.The only little negative is it wobbles a bit when you are up on it, not super stable like a regular ladder...nothing too bad and kind of expected from a ladder that telescopes out like this. Won't hinder you using but if you need this all the time in work like construction I wouldn't recommend. Great for emergencies and quick things.

Never let a child use this! Definitely can break fingers folding it down. If you don't pay attention, the rungs come slamming down with no resistance. Honestly, if this was American made, you would probably be required to sign an "No Liabilty" waiver with the purchase. Very unstable, wobbly and unuseable.

Great folding ladder. Durable frame, extremely easy to use, super compact and quick to put away.I bought this ladder as the multi step platform ladder that I used was way too heavy and bulky and took a long time to set up, and the 3 step folding ladder inside the house was too short.This ladder fit everything I would need around the house. It's also lighter than my big ladders and more compact than the small ladders in the house. The best thing is setup and take down is faster and easier than almost any other ladder of the same height and more compact than most.Durability and stability are excellent open or closed. Almost no flex when leaned against the wall with a 180lb adult on. Price is less expensive than similar regular folding ladders.Already recommended to close friends and family to get this ladder.

Loved this ladder! It is super easy to assemble and take apart. It stores very well as it is retractable. Stability is pretty good, it wobbles a little bit but overall pretty sturdy. Definitely a great tool to have in the house for cleaning, changing lightbulbs, putting up Christmas lights and etc. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a less bulky ladder alternative.

Excellent ladder, I was looking to purchase a ladder for replacing lightbulbs on fixtures and fixing curtains in 9ft ceilings. It's quite sturdy for a telescoping ladder. Minimal wobbling but I never felt that I wasn't safe climbing on it to use it. The latches are very secure and it's easy toThe compactness allows for easy storage in a designated area underneath the stairs rather than the garage where my current space is limited.
