I've own many ladders including Werner's various V-ladders and the 22-foot little Giant. This telescoping ladder fills a niche others missed. There are certain projects around the home when having this ladder around a plus. Maneuvering into tight spaces is its best asset. The lightweight and compact size allows me to carry and use it in areas where the traditional ladders are impractical. Having said that, there are negative aspects making this ladder more of a backup than a go-to item. First, it does not feel firm when standing on it. Even family members weighing ~ 110 lbs felt the ladder wobbling badly when climbing and swaying when standing on the ring. It felt more like a rope ladder. Nevertheless, it was able to hold my weight albeit with anxiety. I would not recommend this for persons over 200 lbs. There was also issues with the rubber feet always slipping off. I ended up drilling and using several bolts and nuts to keep these attached. To sum up, I would recommend this Rengue telescoping ladder with reservation. It is a practical backup for the $120 I paid, but again not a go-to piece of equipment.

Easy to use, not too heavy and worth the money. Feels pretty sturdy as well. Use it to clean my gutters.

THIS IS THE BEST VERSION QUALITY , IVE PURCHASED BEFORE 2 OTHER TELESCOPIC AND THE QUALITY ON THIS ONE SPECIFICALLY FROM OUT THE BOX THE QUALITY ON METAL ALSO THE EXTRA SUPPORT ON THE FIRST STEP WHICH UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF MY OLD ONES COULDN'T MAKE IT PAST A MONTH. TUBING IS FROM GREAT QUALITY! STRAPS ARE MORE SECURE AND BETTER NOT VELCRO AND A CLIP BUCKLE. ALSO FAST RELEASE ON BOTTOM MAKES IT SIMPLICITY WHEN CLOSING; COMPARED TO OTHER IN WHICH YOU HAVE TO CLOSE CAREFULLY TO AVOID PINCHED FINGERTIPS. ONCE AGAIN THIS VERSION I BELIEVE IS THE 3.0 AND BEATS EVERYONE PLEASE SPEND THE EXTRA $10 BUCKS YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED!

Perfect for attic access through a small closet. Light weight and easy to use. Came with clear instructions. Because it is telescoping, I can see where keeping the ladder clean could affect future operation if dirt and grit got inside, but clean tools always work better and that should be considered basic maintenance.

Difficult to put together. Rungs of ladder do not hold in place independently. No pinch? No way. Do not buy. Considering suing.
