This brushless jig saw features powerful, controlled cutting with a max of 3,450 SPM, and cuts up to 150 linear feet. Added die casting delivers increased durability while reducing vibration by 20% compared to the previous model (R8832B). This jig saw features a 4-mode speed selector with a variable speed trigger and 4-orbital settings for precise cuts. It also features a one touch blade insert/eject, and a tool-free bevel adjustment of 45° max to complete the most common angled cuts. With dust blowing capability and an LED light, a clean line of sight is maintained while using this tool. Additionally, the vacuum attachment compatibility offers quick and easy worksite cleaning. As always, this RIDGID 18V Brushless Jig Saw is 100% compatible with all RIDGID 18V batteries. The RIDGID Jig Saw includes the R86344 18V Brushless Jig Saw, dust port attachment, and t-shank wood cutting blade. Battery and charger sold separately.

First of all this doesn't qualify for lifetime agreement as an unauthorized seller, second came out of vox so no original packaging included and in conclusion the saw does a strange noise when you cut in low rpm....no good at all

I bought this saw, listed as brand new, installed a brand new, freshly charged 18V Ridgid battery and the saw choked an inch into a pressure treated 1X6. That was using the brand new blade that came with it so there weren't any variables.What's more, while it is listed as "new," it does not qualify for Ridgid's Lifetime Service Agreement because this is not an authorized Ridgid distributer and the saw didn't come in the original box so the numbers needed to register it weren't available.I'd highly recommend passing on this one.
