First all the reflective coating on the leash wore off, then the leash started folding when it retracted. Now it is not reliable to retract or extend. And finally, as other reported, the bag holder snapped off and cannot be repaired. The flash light is ackward to use - with one hand. In the trash it goes.

Why on Earth did you incorporate 3 small watch batteries into your design? These 1120 batteries are uncommon and non-standard. On top of that, they are difficult to install and replace.Besides the battery issue, I really enjoy the ergonomical, gripped handle! Smooth belt retraction with reflective material! The light itself is led bright! The poop bag holder holds larger rolls, but is not as secure as I'd like it to be. Perfect for smaller dogs, 25 lbs and under!Overall, decent leash with necessary amenities!

The light works great, once you get batteries and it works well. Admittedly it gets banged around a lot on the car, but the connection for the bags snapped and it will no longer connect
