I bought the small in pink/rose only because the color was significantly cheaper than other color options. Turns out I really like the color. To my eyes, it’s more lavender than pink. It’s a good quality leash, as expected from the Flexi brand. Having been badly & painfully cut by a corded leash, I believe the belt leashes are safer for my dogs and me. (Although care should always be taken with any flexi, and they aren’t appropriate for many situations.) This leash was a good choice for my Havanese.

The handle is sturdy and thick and fits comfortably in the hand. I have a 3 y/o lab and she loves tk run and explore, so the length of leash is really nice, the lock works well but can stick sometimes. The only thing to watch is that the leash is ribbon like, so it will snag on branches and can start to pull apart. Otherwise it's a good product and I will buy again when needed.

This is the second one we’ve purchased, and it continues to be the best retractable leash we’ve used. The quality stands out compared to other brands—the lock and release mechanism works smoothly, and it retracts effortlessly without tangling. The 26-foot length gives our border collie plenty of freedom while still maintaining control. Sturdy, well-built, and dependable, this leash has been a great investment for daily walks. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality retractable option.

Per my title, I've been buying these kinds of things for 25 years. All of them break, won't retract fall apart or simply die after a year and are a pain.Flexi's cost more by a few bucks, but you can even find deals like I did with this one and save 10 or 15 bucks over a brick and mortar even Walmart when they have them. Most of the other ones I HATE I got when we forgot the Flexi's and couldn't find one. And I always have regretted it.They are heads and tails above the rest, last for years, seldom hang up and when they do fix easy by just pulling in and out. They can take a hit, drop or fifteen and keep going. If you got a big dog get the big 26 footer as you can shorten as you need to and you know how they are. You got a runner, watch out, they can get up to speed fast and almost jerk your shoulder out if not careful. I have one that cannot resist a deer within a hundred yards. No problem for the Flexi though. She hasn't whacked one yet and hates it when I drop it and it retracts toward her neck. Stops her faster than my yelling.Don't waster your time or money on any other one of these. Get Flexi. Walmart quit selling for a year or so awhile back (best brick and mortar pricing) and about a year later had them back. I know why... Customers likely complained and returned the NEW brand Walmart got. They went back to Flexi's.This is the new type vs the old classics. It is adjustible for hand size slightly different setting switch but still good. Just a few more bells and whistles we dont' use. I prefer the classic which you can still get sometimes cheaper but this one is nice and just as robust. Just buy Flexi... German engineering and manufacture. High quality.

Three simple features on this leash. The ergonomics of this leash are simple and comfortable. My hand wraps comfortably around the handle and has plenty of space to move freely. My hand, for a woman, is on the M - L size. The tab to control the leash functions is perfectly placed. My thumb reaches and rests comfortably on it. 3 Settings; With the tab all the way forward it locks the leash securely in place. Slide the tab back and release, and it allows the pet to freely walk about unrestrained with the retractability. Third setting; while the tab is released and the pet is freely roving, simply push down on the tab and the leash locks till you let the tab go and the pet can continue to rove freely again. Definitely quality craftsmanship. Leashes material is thick and sturdy and has a heavy metal hook to hitch on to a halter. Does not get tangled during walks or when retracting. Definitely recommended, I would purchase again.

Product worked great until the dog snapped it. Not sure what he was chasing but he came home with about 10 feet of it trailing behind and it was beyond repair. Up to that point it worked out great regardless of the weather and gave enough extra room that the dog could move around a bit rather than just staying under the cable of the run. F = MA means 70lb dog moving at 30mph gives out about 2,100lbs of force on the leash. Ironically the pulley and the rest of the trolley were fine, just forogt my springs in the end of the cable to absorb shock.

My dog loves this leash. Distance of the leash is great for him. He doesn’t pull in walks so this works perfect for him. Only cons are that it’s a bit pricey compared to others and it’s a big. My gf likes it cause she can use it as a self defense weapon if needed to, so it has multiple uses for a leash lol

As soon as I picked up this leash I knew it was the right choice. It has a solid, quality feel and the handle has an ergonomic shape making it easy to grip firmly. The adjustable finger rest for small hands is genius. I wear small size gloves, when I can find them, and gripping securely and operating the halt button has been no problem for me. The leash is well balanced whether it is at full extension or the pup is right by my side. I was glad to see that the nylon tape and harness clip are appropriately sized for a big rambunctious pup. The action is completely silent which gives the impression that it is built well on the inside too. The 26' length allows my 7mo old pup to cover about 10x the ground that I do which makes us both happy. The ability to lock the action works perfectly and means when it is time to heel the pup can learn to walk on a loose lead.

Great 26ft leash. Sturdy, quiet, no tangle. Love the (optional) Poopbag/treats holder - DO order separately - it clicks in securely and is larger than many others. I’m training my Great Pyrenees to ‘come’ with this leash as she cannot be trusted yet when lose. It helps: Lock to a series of soft tugs on the command is helping her ‘get it’. She’s bolted a couple of times (squirrels!), and the leash held up when tugged heavily at full length. Highly recommended.

Bought this for my staffy. Love it as it gives her a lot of freedom on the walk whilst still being on the lead. Easy to use.

I know being CUTE isn’t what it’s all about but it is CUTE. It is very small and I have big hands it could do with being slightly longer but again that would probably make it bigger. I put it in my rucksack waist band so I find it perfect for what I want. Not forgetting it’s really CUTE
