Unreliable.The point of an automatic valve is so that I don't have to keep turning it on myself.This timer always gets stuck and doesn't open the valve. I always have to go manually cycle it on and off and on again to get it to work. I can hear it click but sometimes no water comes out.You should try a different brand, or my unit is defective.

It's easy to program and seems well made. It can run two hoses, (with an adapter), but pressure drops if connect three. If you need multiple hoses connected then buy one with multiple outlets.

UPDATE The seller reached out and sent me a replacement which worked great! A+ customer serviceI ordered two of these for my yard. The timers worked very well and the interface wasn’t terrible. And then a few weeks later, they failed and now they don’t close so water is constantly flowing regardless of the timer.

We’ve been using this timer for watering our garden for about three weeks now and it works well. So far it has been wonderful and made watering so much easier. It was easy to program and no problem to set up. I like that it has brass fittings instead of plastic and I expect it to hold up well. Great investment for the price.

I was a little leery but very pleased when I got it hooked up and everything tightened down. Instructions were easy to understand and thorough. Battery compartment was easy to get into (no screws - hate when they do that) and is sealed to be water tight. I like the metal fittings - but it does seem a bit soft so you still have to be gentle with it to avoid stripping/bending. Still better than plastic that gets brittle and breaks. So far no leaks. Have gone through one watering cycle using two different timing settings for left and right. Have tried the manual function and that worked smashingly as well. Time will tell for certain but right out of the box it seems like a good product for the money. Hoping battery life will run through the season.

I bought two of this water timer a year ago. They are very well made and easy to setup. You just setup the current time, then select how often and how long you want it to operate your irrigation system in every day. Just that simple! It works very well. One pair of AAA batteries should last for the whole growing season. Recently, when one of my water timer died. I contacted the company’s customer service and they responded quickly and sent me a new replacement. What an excellent customer service! Highly recommend for anyone with garden irrigation system.

I like that the timer has two programmable water outlets (zones). I sometimes have to use a wrench to attach it to some of my outdoor faucets (ensure no water leakage at the faucet connection). I use this mostly during the Spring and Summer months, so I take out the batteries when not in use. The battery door has a good rubber gasket so its watertight. It took me several tries to get used to how to program the 2 zones.

Position 2 would not function despite several attempts to reset unit, E-mailed Vendor for suggestion's to resolve. They were extremely responsive, and replaced the unit, they also continued to follow-up to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Very Happy with their level of response, the unit may have been an outlier, Hence the 3 star review. Otherwise a 5 star would have been justified.

The unit worked intermittently. I was going to return, but investigated the battery compartment and noticed that the contacts were not very pronounced. I took a pair of surgical tweezers and wrestled with it to get the recessed battery contacts to be further protruding into the battery compartment. That seems to have resolved my issue. Programming is not complex but is cumbersome. I just need it for a light duty purpose so not a big deal. As I said, it works. Only had it a day so we will see for how long.........

Very happy with this purchase. Ordered the timer 3 weeks ago, it arrived the next day, and have been using it ever since then. It works exactly as advertised. It is very easy to program and it is simple to change from program mode to manual mode when required. It has a nice screen display that is very easy to read. Would definitely recommend this timer.

Good build quality, no leaks! Big display, buttons and functions are simple and to the point. No need to read manual though I did. No water pressure drop from what i can tell and i can run 2 torrent sprinklers out of a splitter attached to it. I also noticed no banging in my pipes when it quickly stops, which is fantastic. Had it for 2 months. Will be ordering mother-in-law 1 as well.

This is great, it's a little tricky to figure out at first but once you get it it's easy. The "rain delay" is manual, so it's not much help lol. But I'm happy with it, no leaking, works as expected.
