ResMed is the embodiment of everything wrong with the medical industry. $100 for a piece of plastic and foam that costs them $2.99 to produce and you don't even get the strap to use the mask. Which I knew and ordered so both would be delivered on the same day. Of coursethey sell them separateso then Amazon magic happens and you find out they are going to be delivered on separate days.

This improved model is worth it. The full fabric lining means that the headgear stays put better and is so comfortable that I never notice it. Meanwhile, the nasal pillow is a little fuller volume, so that it fits me more easily with less leakage. The result is that it's more comfortable to put on and keep on, with no tendency to irritate my cheeks. I will be changing to this model going forward!

It’s much more comfortable than last years model, and the part that touches your nose has an almost velvety texture that makes it not slip, sweat, or leak. Very happy with it.

This works much better than the N series for me. The lack of the small hose (the big hose plugs directly into this) has all but eliminated the condensation in the tube that woke me up nightly. I was worried about it touching my nostrils, especially since I recently grew a beard. But that hasn’t proven to be a problem.
